Let’s your body grab what it needs
I like that it only has 1000IU vitamin d. It’s also my preferred low iron version. Manganese, copper zinc, ... all very essential for cellular processes in the mitochondria. I like that this product has vitamin A and various trace elements as well. I like to think there’s way to time take it to optimize bioavailability.

Great price, good multivitamin
Anyone over 50, should take these vitamins. I know seniors in their 80's who swear by them, my husband and I thought we would take them now in our 50's. Great price much cheaper than in pharmacies and even Walmart. You can't beat the convenience, price and shipping speed of Amazon, it saves me multiple trips to the drugstores, Walmarts, etc. where I end up spending more money on things I don't need.

Good ingredients, but hard o n my stomach
I finally gave these to my husband, they are big, and they always feel as if they are in my stomach making it feel bad all day long, so I stopped taking them and found a gummy version.

Centrum Silver Multivitamin for Adults 50 Plus, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement (125 count): I've been taking them since I turned 50 ten years ago. So far so good. Even with poor diet choices I haven't developed any deficiencies. The caplets aren't a problem to swallow, with water. They have a weak taste that's neither medicinal nor candy-like. Sadly the price more than doubled this year, both at brick & mortar stores and on Amazon.

Centrum Silver Multi Viamins for Adults 50+
Centrum Silver Multi Vitamins come in various "combinations". Men 50+, Women 50+, Adults 50+. I prefer Adults 50+. They make me feel good, and when I don't take them I feel the difference. The Women 50+ contain Iron, and my doctor told me not to take Iron, so read the contents, and decide which one will work best for you.

Good Vitamins!
My husband and I have been taking these for awhile now. I am perfectly healthy and plan to stay that way. They are a great supplement to help with the things that might be missing in my diet.
