Root Mushroom Farm- Mushroom Liquid Cultures /Over 30 strains Available /Portobello(agaricus bisporus)

I’ll start off by saying I’m a novice mushroom cultivator. This is my first liquid culture, in fact. I have also grown mushrooms from spores.I injected this solution into some bags of Uncle Ben’s Ready Rice, which is a cheap, easily-accessible, sterile substrate. The mycelial culture quickly colonized the bags and subsequent coco coir substrate. It took about two weeks to colonize the coconut fibers and start pinning. Once pinning began, it was about five days before the tiny pins pictured turned into the big mushrooms.Unfortunately, I used a monotub setup to grow these, and blue oysters supposedly need a lot more fresh air than they were given. They are better suited to growing out of a fruiting bucket.Although my first flush was a failure, I isolated a core sample of the biggest fruit and added it to an agar plate so I can try again. I would recommend this liquid culture to anyone looking to grow gourmet mushrooms!

Fast shipping. I’ve had the syringe in the fridge for 2-3 months before I finally had an opportunity to do anything with it.Until this time, I’d never taken a spore syringe straight to agar, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I knew it’d work, but wasn’t clear about how long it’d take.I used <1/2 of the syringe on 4 agar plates. There was visible growth within 7 days, and at 2 weeks about 90+% of each plate was covered. I see no evidence of contamination. This mycelium seems to be in hyper drive and I can’t wait to take it to corn. Ultimately, I hope to make 5 lb blocks.Based on my results so far, I definitely recommend the Lions Mane spore syringe from this vendor.*Previously, I did purchase an already inoculated Lions Mane block/bag from these same folks and it worked great too. I’d recommend trying that first.

No growth from wine cap liquid spores. The blue oyster liquid spores were great. If company rep reads this could I get new wine cap liquid spores shipped to me so I can try again. I will write good review if successful second attempt. Much appreciated and thank you in advance.

Jars produced 4 flushes. Bags 3 flushes. They just kept on going

The king oysters turned out to be black pearl oysters (I believe) but they are growing very well! Excited to make some delicious meals soon.

sorta weak genetics. The reishi however is really nice. overall they have good LC. I woiuld buy from them again.

We tried 4 different times to get this to grow. We used warm temperatures and different growth mediums. However it grows for a few days then dies. I am pretty sure that there is a extremely specific medium and temperature for it to grow in but I do not know what that is. There is no great instruction on how to use it included with the vial, so good luck if you want to try it. We used rye berry seeds and banana leafs but neither worked.

Grows really fast, colonized grains in less than one week and it's already fruiting on bulk substrate, 15 days after arrival.I'm satisfied, I will buy other species from this store

Culture was toast when it showed up. Took two weeks to arrive, and all 5 cordycep syringes were immediately placed in new jars filled with a sterilized 4% honey solution. Complete waste of time and resources. I have reached out several times to the company without any return. $100 👇🚽.

I purchased three types of mycelium syringes during the course of three months. They grow very well in the grain jars and Ben has been so supportive and helpful in answering all my questions. The best place to grow all kinds of mushrooms with a fraction of the costs than mushroom kits.

Arrived with plunger popped out of syringe and liquid culture in bag lose. Didn’t get a chance to try the product due to shipping damage. It’s a shame. Was excited to see if it worked

It would be had to find a better provider. I ordered this one and another that the postal service busted and they shipped me a replacement right away without issue. Great product and service.
