AWESOME LIGHTS...NICE BRIGHT LIGHT...DIMMABLE.
I love these LEDs! I have over 30 in my house now. Nice and bright, long lasting. No issues. I am ordering more for replacements when they start to burn out five years or so from now.

4000K is more like 5500K daylight otherwise great
Overall very happy with these bulbs. The fit is great as they are not too long like some other GU10 bulbs. They also make a good connection that is not too difficult to remove which was also previously a problem. The brightness is amazing and transformed the big room compared to the 3 x 40w halogen bulbs I had before making it substantially brighter. The bulbs work great when dimming without flicker when used with a dimmer that supports LED bulbs. The only negative is that the 4000K is more like 5500K neutral daylight. This would not normally be a problem as I like 5500K in rooms where I work but I am using these bulbs in a family/TV room where I wanted it to be relaxed and cozy. I have other 4000K LED bulbs in the same room that are much more yellow. Also have 5500K ceiling LED lights in an adjoining room to which these bulbs seem to have the same color. So great bulbs overall but the color is wrong which is not enough to knock off a star rating. I have ordered the 3000K version to see if they will warm up the room.

Great fit, light output and color for range hood
Replaced halogens in 14-year-old range hood with these 50w equivalent, 4000K LED lights. Perfect fit. Light is natural and brighter than the bulbs they replaced. At 40 degrees, light beam is slightly broader than many other GU10 halogens and LEDs, which is fine. Silent and flicker free (it is not on a dimmer). Can't yet rate on longevity, but packaging, materials, and construction are superior to most other LEDs I have purchased. Note that these lights operate on line voltage. When using in a retrofit like mine, make sure your hood runs line voltage to your lights; that is, it doesn't have a transformer that reduces (steps down) the voltage to the lights.

Brighter than 50 watt halogens, much less heat.
Color isn't quite as orange as I'd like for dining room table. 5000 degrees is more like daylight. But great for reading. Much brighter than 50 watt halogens they replaced. Work OK on plain old dimmer, but when turned all the way down, they're probably still over 50% brightness. Maybe I'll get a real LED dimmer sometime, and see if they'll get dimmer. Very pleased with brightness. Nobody wants to sell a halogen fixture with more than four bulbs. I found a five-socket fixture at Ikea, but they expect you to run 35 watt bulbs. I used 50 watt bulbs. 250 watts is just too much for thin wiring, and it still wasn't enough light. Now much brighter, about same current as one single halogen. Went from three cents an hour to run, down to half a cent, for the electricity.

Great LED warm white light.
The bulbs are much brighter than my existing bulbs. I needed the warm white which is more to the yellow tones than the bright white which looks more like a hospital operating room when you put 12 new bulbs in the light fixture. I was intending to only replace 6 bulbs but decided to do the right thing and purchased another 6 for a total of 12.

Serious contender
I've been using 4 different brands of 5000K LED bulbs, and these are by far the most visually pleasing of all of them. I've been running these bulbs on a dimmer at various levels nearly constantly for over 6 months. They're silent, and they haven't burnt out or lost brightness. If you plan to run these with a dimmer (full power is very bright), I've found no flaws yet, and they are as pleasing as you would expect a halogen to be.Update: it's now been 7 years of running these bulbs 24/7 and they finally got dim enough for me to order a new set. None of them blew. But this is no use to you buying them today, because these bulbs aren't sold anymore! The bulbs are no longer 600 lumen and 7.5 watt, and the new ones are less wattage and lumens. The new bulbs are noticeably dimmer, and they flicker if you turn your dimmer switch down more than half way. Color on the new bulbs is fine but the other properties are inferior. It seems nobody makes the bulb that I bought seven years ago anymore. Unfortunate.

Expext they are as good quality as previous order
Haven't had to replace bulbs yet. Expect they will be of great quality as it was over 4 years since we had ordered bulbs for multiple light fixtures with multiple bulbs in each one.Amazon packaging left a little to be desired. Very little packing to secure box of bulbs in the box.

Much better than older GU10 LEDs
I finally realized how yellowish the light was from the three or four year old GU10 LED bulbs in our kitchens track lights, [they were probably 3000k]. Upgraded to these TORCHSTAR 4000k LED bulbs and now the kitchen is more modern looking and we can see much better. Even though the old LEDs probably had some years of life left, it was an upgrade that was well worth it.
