HP Chromebook 14-inch HD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Celeron N4000, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, Chrome (14a-na0030nr, Mineral Silver)

The back light makes it easy to see the keys in darker lighting and the sound is amazing. Much better than my Acer. The screen is a good size and the screen quality is better too. The keyboard has a nice lay out. Not too much room on the sides for empty space. The touchscreen is a lot nicer than I expected, too! I’ve already gotten used to it. I would say this is definitely worth the buy! My first laptop was an Acer and even after having it sent back and repaired for a charging issue, I got it back in even worse shape. Wouldn’t load anything, lagged all the time, bad sound system. And lately it won’t turn on unless I reset it. And even then it doesn’t work. This is my first HP laptop and it’s great so far! Absolutely love it. I got it to write on and it’s amazing.

We bought these for my kids in the middle of covid because my kids had work to do from home and the school was charging us 50 dollars a year for insurance. These are awesome for our elementary and middle school kids. We also travel a lot. For the car, this is perfect and they can watch movies once they are downloaded. The battery lasted our last 5 hour trip. This is not a good device for college aged kids. It can only do 'google' things and once in college, you need many more options (I am a college professor, so just a recommendation). The picture is clear, the touch screen works great and battery life is amazing. Its on the lighter side too which is nice.

This is NOT a Touch Screen, it says it is a touchscreen,, but is NOT.

For me, it's easier to use for banking and word processing than cellphone which were reasons for acquiring tablet.

It's a pretty good laptop I have no issues with it but I will say it does not have a backlit keyboard unless I'm doing something incorrectly it should be fixed on the page it's not a major issue but would help people that need a backlit keyboard choose something different

i love love love this chromebook! it’s the size of a laptop!!! touchscreen works, glass screen look, my video isn’t doing it justice! the backlit keyboard is amazing, and turns off if you aren’t using the chromebook! get this!!!!! it’s so cheap too. i’m so happy with this purchase. (also i don’t know what all these network issue reviews are about. i had no issues with connecting to wifi.

I bought this laptop in august and it is now October and it stopped turning on. I literally just had it on for about an hour and then left it alone for about an hour and then it was just dead, it wouldn’t turn on anymore. I tried connecting it to the charger, tried using multiple plug in outlets thinking maybe the first outlet wasn’t working, but it just never turned on again. Tried holding down the power button for like 30 and 60 seconds and nothing happened. I really liked this computer until this happened. And now I can’t return it anymore since I’m over the return date. I am super super angry that I wasted money on this.

I am very satisfied with my Chromebook. I love the blue-green color of the shell. I read the many reviews that complained about the keyboard being white, I chose the one with dark key pads. I really enjoy having the touch screen, it's so convenient and easy. The battery life is extremely long. It also has a simplified quick charge. Only plug the cord in for a few minutes and the battery rapidly charges.

I don't have a lot of needs for a computer. Good for simple tasks and letting my 4 year old play simple games.

I like the balance of overall features versus the price of the product. The uses are numerous, almost everything related to everyday life, such as banking, shopping, learning getting all kind of nfo. online etc.

Suddenly, many black dots appeared on the screen without any physical damage. Despite the 1-year warranty, their customer service agent refused it and forced me to contact HP instead. What's the point of offering a 1-year warranty to their customers? Bad experience, I won't be buying any products from this seller again!
