Horrible experience with this switch
I purchased this switch with remote. I got installed it with an Electrician. Suddenly after 1 month Remote stopped working. I contacted seller, but instead of replacing remote, seller is asking to send back Remote as well as switch. Guys beaware of this, If you face any issue in this product, seller will ask you to return Switch + Remote for 15 days to get it replaced. My question is, how you can survive without switch of your Light & Fan for 15 days???Pathetic experience with this seller

Just another wifi touch switch sold at higher price
The media could not be loaded. The product is a chinese import with Global Tech / Protium rebranding for India.The product is just as good as the cheaper options available for Rs.999/-The unit I purchased was just working as good as any other wifi touch switch.The dual colour light option was nice to see in blue and redother seller just have blue and white lightsThe RF remote that came along with the unit was not functional beyond a foot from the main unit. ( as shown in video) The seller kindly responded saying might be a battery issue and a have sold thousands of unit without a problem.To my surprise if it had been a battery issue, the unit must have been checked before dispatching hence the minus one star for QC and Minus one star for pricing. Rest thr product is decent and works like any other wifi touch switch.Needless to say I returned my unit and requested a refund. Bought a cheaper unit and it works like a charm.

Not an easy job to make it work
Inadequate support. Remotes doesn't function properly. No guidance for troubleshooting, installation guide doesn't have enough details

Way better than sonoff
I am a big sonoff fan and have too many devices. But sonoff 4 gang is too big and it cannot fit in switch board . Luckly this device also works on same app ewelink and also support 433 MHz remoteThere are 4 way to operate this switch1. Touch pad2. Google assistant and Alexa3. Rf remote4. Through ewelink app
