Great for the price
Works well and easy to use. The ink was easy to install, you can select what you want quickly. The numbers did print off a little and a little bit of ink gets smudged, but not bad; especially for the price!

Highly recommended if looking for a price gun
I absolutely love this item. It is working great!!!! I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a price gun this is the best I have ever received and it comes with all the extra materials as well.

So far it is way better than I expected. The price tags stay stuck to my items and they are easy to read. I would recommend it.

Used and Defective
I received two DEFECTİVE units in a row. The first arrived used, jammed, with ink spilled inside and torn labels. Customer service sent a replacement without return — but the replacement had the same problems. This is clearly a quality control issue, not bad luck. I DO NOT recommend this product, especially for business use.
