It was a well fit for my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. But it's only been a few weeks and I am starting to see small dots of rust starting popup. I'm not sure if it is from bugs it is just the chroming process. I'm just gonna keep it clean and keep it waxed hopefully it holds up because it was a lot of work to put it on.

Everything bolted up nicely just take some measurements on side panel bumpers before removal

Junk! After three months, it has already started to rust and have the rust peel up. The bumper that was on the truck lasted 15 years until I collided with a deer. This one’s brand new and didn’t last three months.

the impact bar came well packaged and fit without an issue on my 2011 1500 Silverado BUT as others have mentioned, in 6 months it started small rust specs over the entire chrome surface. And by the end of a Canadian winter it was more rust than chrome. Used WD-40 and a ball of tinfoil and it cleaned up near perfect (from 3 ft away) I waxed it and it made it through the summer but 2 months into winter and again rust mess same as before. would not buy again for the price I paid. VERY BAD CHROME if that is what it really is.
