I can’t even begin to say how impressed I have been with this thermostat. I replaced one which even though relatively new was extremely difficult to set up the program times on and off. I switched it over myself which was an absolute breeze using the already installed probe. The app excellent and is really easy to use which meant I could program it exactly how I want without having to have the same settings Monday to Friday. It did easily connect to my Alexa devices so I can simply tell Alexa to set the underfloor heating to 30 degrees if I want to boost the heating in between. Only downside is the display which I think could look better and that some of the light leaks out from the sides which I notice at night but that really is a minor thing. Great value for it’s price

Attractive to look at and simple to install thermostat with a clear display - worked without any issue when connected to an existing system from a different manufacturer. The smartphone app is clear, easy to use, and reliable, making programming easy. Yes, we don't make too many changes to the settings now its settled in, but it was a more pleasant experience to program from a chair, rather than crawling around on my knees with paper instructions printed in a micro font. It cost less than 15% more than a similar non-wifi-connected unit. Very good...and another toy for the man of the house.

Loved the features and loved the price, I only wish I had been able to use it with my system. There is nothing wrong with this item but I was unable to connect it to my existing underfloor wiring. Not having installed this initially I had hoped the task would be no more onerous than swapping out a light switch or wall socket - of which I have plenty of experience. I was not - I had a gazillion wires none of which had an immediately obvious home in the new unit , everything was reconnected and the item returned. But like I say this is a reflection on me not the product.

Bought this for our downstairs WC electric towel rail and is spot on. Very easy to install and set up. Being black it blends in very well and better than white and is perfect for all our other anthracite fittings. The screen looks great with the black background but wish the LED display was more white than blue! The display goes brighter when touching the buttons, then goes dim after a few seconds. The screen can also be turned off. This was installed on a single flush 35mm patress box to ensure there was enough room for cables. 25mm would not be enough. Also the enclosed M4 screws are the wrong size and need to be next size down the same as all UK sockets and light switches. Overall very pleased, just hope it lasts and doesn't go faulty. Very well packaged and delivered quickly. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Easy to replace the old analogue one we had, and to install on the phone for remote usability

I bought this for our underfloor heating system to replace the standard one that came with the kit which didn't have remote control. Works a treat, the WiFi to my phone combined with the app enables me to program and instantly change the heating program and control the temp without bending and twisting over a cupboard to get to the wall where it is located. Armchair control. Nice.

Overall I’m pretty pleased with this unit. Installation was simple enough, however mine was complicated by two factors... firstly the unit is deeper than the thermostat it was replacing. Even with a standard size backplate, this new unit wouldn’t fit. So I had to buy a ‘spacer’ to put between the wall and the unit. It’s so much deeper, that even with this spacer, it only just fits, I very nearly needed two. Secondly it was complicated by the wiring for the floor temperature probe, specifically the type of connector at the back on the unit. In the box is a new temperature probe, this has a two thick metal ends which plug into the unit. There was already a probe in place, so rather than disrupt everything I wanted to use the existing one. In theory not a problem, however the new unit wouldn’t take bare wires... no matter how much you tightened it they would slip out and the one time I did manage to get the unit mounted without them falling out, on power up it came up with a floor sensor error message. The solution was the cut the wire provided in the box, with the two thick metal ends, and join the existing wires to the new wire. Ultimately that worked, but was a bit of a pain. However now it’s installed and set up, I’m pleased to report a few good things too. Firstly it’s really easy to use, either via the Wi-Fi app or using the controls on the screen. It’s so much more intuitive than the traditional unit it was replacing which required a degree in jibberish to programme. Switching between the timer programme and manual control is easy and it works with my Alexa and again, this was easy to set up. Secondly, having suspected the old thermostat was faulty, this has given new life to an old underfloor heating system in our kitchen. There is now a nice toasty warmth underfoot and the ambient temperature of the room is greatly improved as a result. Pretty happy overall, but marked down one star for each of the installation issues.

Easy to fit and programme, it's working well.

I bought this item to replace the old thermostat. Only one day of use, so I cannot comment on this product in the long-term. As for installation: I am not very familiar with electrical work, so I had my mate take care of all the wiring and installation. He understands electricity (but not an electrician), and it took him approx. 5 min. to install the new thermostat, so I guess it is easy. After turning on the device, the set-up, configuration and connection to the WiFi took less than 5 min., it was super-easy. The device works good, no issues with remote control via mobile app, overall good product.

Acheté en remplacement de mon thermostat vieillissant, et pas déçu de ce produit 👍 Livraison rapide et sérieuse, emballage soigné, à l'intérieur on y trouve deux notice avec quatre langue dont le français, schéma de branchement bien fait, explication pour la connexion en WiFi un peu aventureuse, mais avec de la patience on y arrive aisément. Il suffit d'installer l'application dédié, de l'ouvrir et de sélectionner ajouter nouvel équipement. Dans le menu, sélectionnez petit équipement, thermostat WiFi, et ensuite ce laisser guider par l'application. Une fois le WiFi renseigné, ce connecter au Wi-Fi de l'application et sur le thermostat maintenir le bouton set et OK plus de trois secondes, un icône va clignoter sur le thermostat et l'appairage ce fait simplement. Une fois cette étape ou la patience est de mise, le reste et plus simple, que ce soit pour le connecter à alexa ou à Google home éventuellement, bon pour ma par, je reste fidèle à ma boutique 😁 Le design et de toute beauté, les touche sont sensitive, un éclairage blanc, bleuté qui est suffisant et qui ce réduit en veille, l'heure est un petit plus qui reste à l'affichage en veille. La programmation est d'une simplicité, il suffit de renseigner les plages horaires de démarrage et coupure avec la température voulue. Une sonde est fournie en plus de celle déjà intégré, de façon à pouvoir placer celle ci ou l'on veut, la température peu être ajusté au plus prêt pour obtenir une précision parfaite. En bref pour terminer, un achat à effectuer sans soucie vu le rapport qualité prix, reste à définir la fiabilité dans le temps.

Es un buen termostato wifi y muy sencillo de instalar. Compramos uno para probarlo y, tras ver el buen resultado, hemos ido adquiriendo más unidades para cambiar progresivamente todos los de la casa.

Molto carino e semplice da installare. L'ho installato in bagno per collegare la serpentina elettrica a pavimento. Attualmente devo ancora settare bene la temperatura tramite la sonda esterna, ma sembra funzionare tutto bene e tramite l'app è molto Semplice impostare le varie fasce orarie, blocco bambini, temperatura ecc.
