Professional looking device but mic quality is awfull
I putchased this unit for web calls due to the mic failing on my laptop. I would have hoped for a decent sound for the price but it sounds realy thin and tinny. Sounds horrid

Input sound level not fit for purpose
The input sound level does not provide enough volume for online collaboration or phone calls. I've tried this mic on numerous devices, changed all the setting available and the sound level reproduction remains too low for practical use. Not a cheap product and a waste of money.

Lo probé con Action sin éxito, no lo reconocía. Probado con la grabadora de Windows, su calidad de sonido es mala.

Non è ben specificato l'utilizzo di quanto acquistato che non rispecchia assolutamente le mie necessità. Lo stesso giorno dell'arrivo ho richiesto il ritiro ed ancora oggi aspetto qualcuno

Quality control
Item was promptly delivered using prime service but the unit was faulty. It would not move out of charge up mode and had to be returned the item was not cheap and begs the question of quality control. Extremely disappointed
