Light Support, Pouch Like Sandpaper
I have a 33 waist and got a Medium. Light but supportive fit. The only problem is the pouch is like sandpaper. I laundered it twice hoping it would soften it up, but so far, no improvement.

Unraveling where pouch is attached to the waist strap, also the butt cheek straps are coming undone at the waist strap as well, pay for what you get. USA makes the best straps, don't buy Chinese made products if you intend to keep them for awhile.
