dpl Oral Care Light Therapy System, Blue Light Supports Gum Health and Teeth Whitening

So, I have used this device for 3 days, 3 times a day at 20 minutes per session. That mean 60 minutes per day. Incredible results. I'm using a whitening gel that a purchased separately. The results are noticeable by a test strip and just by looking in the mirror. The thing about at-home whitening is that you must be aggressive and consistent. Like whitening strips, you have to build the whitening progress or you're just wasting time and money. This light device is outstanding. It's really comfortable to wear and keeps the gel secure on my teeth without any drool or icky drips. It cleans up easily between uses with a quick rinse. Some comments are negative about the battery, but I was able to do 3 20-minute treatments on one charge. I just got in the habit of recharging every day, but the battery has yet to "die" on me. I've had my teeth professionally whitened 3 times at a cost of about 400.00 each, and this device (to me) is a much better value as you can aggressively whiten your teeth for a few days, but then maintain the progress. The device times out every 10 minutes - which I love...1/2 way! - but you just click the start again to continue for another 10 minutes. This is explained in the user guide. I'm thrilled with this device.

I have to admit i was skeptical , I drink coffee , and i smoke. My teeth arent bright yellow but they are dinghy and not a source of pride. I have used whitening cream but after not seeing a noticeable difference i quit being consistent with it. I took pictures , vowed to be consistent and started the process. I did use it with the whitening cream hoping i would get noticeable results in 2 weeks. I wish i was confident enough to post the pics but im not , you will just have to take my word for it. It does work, after 2 weeks , 3x a day for 20 mins , I have noticeable whiter teeth. They arent gleaming white and straight but they do have a nicer appearance. I did notice some sensitivity in my mouth but that could be from the cream as well , nothing unbearable , and i usually use sensitive toothpaste anyways. The only downside is of course you have to continue for the maintenance or they will be back to the start again. The device has worked very well for me , no issues with charging or anything.

It works well for the purpose it states, but the battery won’t hold a charge after about 4 uses.

After ensuring a full charge, I painted up my teeth with some 35% solution and used the blue light right before going to bed. After immediate use, the results weren't as apparent, but I woke up the next morning to a REALLY bright smile. REALLY BRIGHT! This seemed to offer a better result than by using the bleach alone. When I used it with my lower percentage peroxide treatment, the results weren't quite as blinding the next morning, but still an improvement over using the bleach alone. The unit keeps a charge nicely, stores easily, and is easily cleaned, so that's a big win right there. Have been swilling a lot of coffee lately, so I'm keeping it handy for at least weekly treatments, if not more often. Happy to have a quality product that works - five stars.

I just recently got this so I can’t say yet if it makes a huge difference but I thought it was such an innovative idea and who doesn’t want better oral health and to help their gums and teeth?! It’s super easy to use. We use light therapy for our face so why not our mouth?! Love the way it came in a nice container to keep everything together. I’ve heard great things about this and I really don’t think there could be a downside.

This is an impressive whitening technology for in the home. The cost of professional whitening can be many hundreds of dollars so assuming this would work, it’s well worth the cost in comparison. It’s high quality and has especially simple functionality. In the box, there’s a very nice case for storage, and 4 pieces of hardware. The whitening tool is 2 pieces, and the other is a cord and power base for charging. To use this, simply plug the mouthpiece into the control base, press the one and only button, and insert into the mouth. It’s that easy, but I do recommend brushing your teeth thoroughly before use every time. It’s important to keep your investment clean. As for results, the verdict is still out. I’ve had this for just over a month now and don’t see major improvement just yet. I did hope to see that by now, but Im not surprised it’ll take longer. In a few months, if I see major improvements or not, I plan to return to this review for an update. The first few days, my mouth and gums got a bit sore. After giving myself a break for a few days, I found using this every few days is working well for me. I am noticing teeth whitening occurring, slowly. - Great quality. - Comfortable to wear. - Easy to charge USB-C port. - Excellent case. DISLIKES: - None.
