I've suffered from year-round mild allergies for many years (mostly watery eyes, but some sinus issues, too), and it's very hard to find vegan medication for allergies. I used to use children's chewable from a major allergy brand, but their ingredients changed, so I stopped using it, and so have been without effective allergy relief for a few years now. I found this Pollen Defense and hoped the best. While it doesn't completely dry me up, it's a very noticeable difference after I take it. I'm not having to dab at my eyes nearly as much the rest of the day, and any runny nose/sneezing is greatly reduced. So as far as I'm concerned, that's a huge win, and I'm very happy with this supplement. I wish it came in a chewable, though!

My husband has terrible sinus issues and after a few days of taking these, my husband started to feel much better with less headaches. He can always tell if he misses taking them after a few days and his headaches start to come back. Definitely worth the money. Easy to swallow and effective.

This right here is wonderful i normally have trouble with Allergies when things start to bloom like the Bradford pears trees and any others things that bothers me. this product don't make you sleepy and the price of this product is Affordable. its gentle on the stomach i like it because it drug free this has replace my allergy medicine that i was getting from a doctor.

I have been taking for about 3 weeks. It has helped with the runny nose and itchy eyes. However, it is not a total relief. It does not make you sleepy and I suggest taking it in the AM.

If you’re looking for something to help you with allergies and you’re done with the “popular ones”, don’t hesitate to give a try on this one. It worth it. I love the results! Specially bc it’s made of natural ingredients. Great choice!!

What a disappointment. I really hoped this would provide me some relief, but it did not make any difference. The ingredients sounded promising, but in reality, I didn’t notice any substantial improvement in my sinus pressure or congestion.

Like the brand and works good

Didn’t help much, would help me start breathing in the morning, but I would continue to sneeze throughout the day. Not as much as before, I need something stronger. Maybe if your allergies aren’t as bad it may help. I also purchased a few years ago under a different name same brand and I thought it worked better.
