Wont close
Great product, but it took a while to learn how to replace the ball into the ring. It must be lined up perfectly and pushed firmly into the opening the spring loaded prongs, withdraw and allow it to lock into the ring. It should give some directions for this.

DON'T FORGET TO ORDER 2 SETS
I GOT THE TITANIUM COLOR, SILVER, BLACK AND ROSE GOLD. SPRING LOADED CAPTIVES, SUPER EASY 2 GET THE BALL IN. VERY COMFORTABLE, COMPLETELY SMOOTH. NO KNICKS OR SCRATCHES. NO MACHINE LINES. EVEN THOUGH THEY GO IN SO EASY THEY HOLD TIGHT. IVE YET TO LOSE ONE OF THE BALLS. GREAT PRICE. MY ONLY GRIPE IS THAT YOU HAVE TO ORDER 2 SETS TO HAVE A COMPLETE SET OF PAIRS, BUT AT THAT PRICE ITS STILL WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

Nothing wrong with the product they are very good looking earrings the error was on my part by not knowing that they were of the 16 mm very thin variety when they needed to be bigger so that is my fault however the product is very good and will work as I stretch up thank you guys for the fast delivery I gave five stars on the first set I ordered that were eight gauge I'm now at a four gauge and ordered them they were smaller which was not the problem The gauging was correct however when I took the ball out of the multicolored one just after opening the package the spring action ball broke and fell inside as seen in the pictures so I'm giving my second purchase a four star.

it's good for the price. You might need to squeeze them together a little once they're on so the ball isn't too loose but that's it. perfect for what I was looking for

Paint and color
The black one was not a good quality the pain was chipping off before I could get it out of bag. The rest were pretty good don’t think I would buy again though

spring action ball is the way to go !!!
so far so good the spring action ball is so much better then the other style ... i use to fight to get the ball on the hoop so i would never change earrings but with the spring action ball it took me maybe 5 seconds and i will be changing earrings way more now
