The set is awesome and the customer service is outstanding. A few pieces were missing and after filling out the web form on their web site, the pieces were in our mailbox in no time. Highly reconended.

I had no missing parts for the Abrams build. Directions are written well but takes a little more thought. Lego directions can have an entire page for one piece while these directions were a little more complex. What would be 2-3 steps in a Lego checklist is 1 step in this one, which was fine. Parts fit well, interchangeable with Lego, and the finished product looks fantastic.

-Parts did not fit properly. Have contacted support over 5 times with little-to-no response. Promised phone calls never happen. They said our tank looks to be assembled correctly, but the next steps just don't fit-There are incomplete parts that didn't fill the mold properly, so they look like swiss cheese.-There are a few pieces missing entirely. We have no luck with support so have to find alternative parts or just skip them if possible.My 8 year old is very sad about this tank. He asks me every day if General Jim has called me yet, and I have to tell him no.REVISED: Support finally contacted me. They were friendly and helpful.

Son loves it

Was missing multiple parts, and bags are resealed, kind of suspicious, not worth it rolling the dice to see if you get everything you payed for.

We gave this as gift to our 17yo son who is strongly thinking of going into the military and he loves it! The assembled size is a generous one and, as he was doing the assembly, he began appreciating all that goes into the manufacturing of a real tank. You literally build everything from the ground up - a great experience for him to go through.When we first saw the bags and bags of pieces fear set in that he would never get it done but this thing has held his attention and he works on it a few hours a day. I am impressed with the details and how well the assembly instructions are laid out. Are they 100%? Maybe/maybe not as a few assembly mistakes were made by our son but they were easy to spot, disassemble and correct.We were so happy with this set that he was gifted the Tiger Tank model as a bonus birthday gift and I think that I want one too... maybe Santa will be nice to me this year.

My 15 year old son got this as a gift and I built it with him. It's not quite up to the same standard as Lego, but pretty darn close. No complaints about it and it looks great. We did find that a few pieces were missing. I contacted General Jim's directly and they responded immediately. I got the missing parts in just a few days. They were great.

My Grandson enjoyed putting together with family.
