I am a Nurse Practitioner. This product is absolutely wonderful!! It is easy to use and easy to store. The power to flush is sufficient but not too powerful to cause discomfort. It is great to have at hand.

Have had mine for a few years now. Quick to charge and Incredible battery life (you’ll go so long before needing to charge it that you might forget where your charger is). Works as described, great price and since it prevents water from flowing back into the reservoir I feel like it is more sanitary than one of those squeeze bottles.

I don’t normally write a review but this one deserves one. I have chronic sinusitis and post nasal drip that accumulates in my throat and chest making my asthma even worse. I have used normal saline solutions but this device REALLY clears out your sinuses and seemingly stops the post nasal drip. I’m usually so stopped up I have to breath through my mouth not any more. It seems to work even after the rinse. Get ready to blow your nose because the saline will continue to leak out. It seems to be behind the mucus loosening it as I can actually blow my nose and get mucus out. I can actually breathe through my nose.... I wished I could give it 5 stars wanted to give it 3.5 for the sheer fact that its says “Nasal Rinse”. Mine came with out of date Aug 2019 Ear Wax solution not Nasal saline solution so get ready to spend $12 extra for the Saline. That corrected would have been 5 stars.... IT WORKS!!!!! I would also like to know where I can get replacement tips. If you know please advise..

I have had to get another, then another, because I keep giving them to people who need this! I love this simple easy device. I have had several friends come and complain about sinus infection, stuffy nose etc. I let them try my machine, then go off with it, and order another. simple and effective.

I purchased this product in early October and after having used it a few times, I took it apart to let the reservoir dry out. It was sitting on my Bathroom sink counter, and my cat got a hold of it and destroyed the little suction tube in the reservoir as well as the charging port cap. I contacted TilCare customer support that the graciously replaced the whole device after showing them my Amazon Order number. Thanks a lot TilCare!!!

This product has two major flaws. First, when the jet tip is snapped in to the pump body the blue gasket is suppose to seal the tip to the pump. It does not. It is loose and lets the jet tip move around. Thus the connection leaks significantly when using the product. Water runs down the whole unit and over the users hand. Very messy. No wonder they include a towel with the product. Second, filling the tank is a juggling act. Per the manual the tank is filled through a small sealable hatch near the bottom of the tank. Both the salt and water go in through the hatch. Salt, no problem. Water, a big pain. You will have hold the device. You cannot set it down and fill it because the tank in round. You have to hold it steady. Then, you'll have to pour the water through an opening about 3/8 of an inch in diameter, or smaller. Lots of luck without spilling a lot of water...again, the reason they give you a towel. As for support; I emailed customer support and did not get a response until I re-emailed after 4 days; they responded 2 days later. The response asked me if I was filling the tank through the jet tip. As worded this indicated this is how the tank was to be filled. This could be done only if a syringe was used. Two things are obvious. First, customer support is not as they indicate on their packaging a first priority. Second, they do not know their own product if they are asking for the tank the be filled through the jet tip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This saved my life during my last cold! Very easy to use and charge!

I've had this product for over a year now. It is very good at cleaning out your sinuses. However, I always take out the nasal wand and clean it with antibacterial soap. I am always careful in doing this pushing the release button and pulling it straight out. Never fails, the wand eventually breaks off in the machine. Sometimes it's quite difficult to get the broken off part out. That's really the only complaint I have on it and thus the three star rating. I feel this is a built in flaw.

Powerful spray, different modes like pulse etc. This just works. What a great invention. This is a great help for people with disabilities who cannot squeeze a bottle or hold a jug up for long. Would recommend. Re-Chargable and comes with everything but a cell phone brick which is required for charging, but let's be honest, most people have a drawer full of old power bricks.

Appareil facile d'utilisation avec une très bonne autonomie, remplissant parfaitement son rôle, je l'utilise tous les matins avec du sérum physiologique (environ 3€ le litre en pharmacie). Je ne voudrais plus m'en passer !

Mit dieser elektrischen Nasendusche muss man bei der Nasenspülung seinen Hals nicht mehr unnatürlich verrenken, wie mit den einfachen Nasenspülbehältern in Kannenform - und bei verstopfter Nase fließt das Wasser dank des von der Pumpe erzeugten Drucks trotzdem durch die Nase, was bei den Duschen, die allein auf den Höhenunterschied setzen, nicht immer der Fall ist. Der Druck ist meiner Meinung nach nicht zu schwach. Die Stufe "Normal" ist völlig ausreichend, um die Spüllösung auch durch eine verstopfte Nase zu befördern, aber natürlich wäre ein Booster-Knopf trotzdem nicht schlecht gewesen. Die beiden zusätzlichen Einstellungen, die das Gerät bietet, sind eher Spielerei. "Soft" spült mit weniger Druck, ist aber nicht nötig, da schon "Normal" keinesfalls zu stark oder gar unangenehm ist. Und die "Pulse"-Einstellung kombiniert "Normal" und "Soft" im Wechsel, sodass kleine Wasserstöße entstehen, die eigentlich aber nichts bringen, weil die höchste Kraft dabei nun mal "Normal" ist. Ein etwas stärkerer Impuls wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, etwa bei hartnäckiger Verstopfung, aber als Kritikpunkt will ich das nicht unbedingt verstanden wissen, denn wie gesagt: "Normal" reicht für alle Zwecke völlig aus. Der Behälter sitzt straff an der Dusche und muss zum Auffüllen nicht abgenommen werden, weil er einen kleinen seitlichen Verschluss besitzt, durch den man Salz und Wasser bequem einfüllen kann. Den Behälter muss man bloß abschrauben, wenn man ihn mal komplett reinigen will. Das verhindert, dass der Verschluss mit der Zeit ausleiert. Der Schlauch, der das Wasser ansaugt, besitzt an der Öffnung kleine Noppen, die ihn auf Abstand zum Gehäuse halten. Er kann sich also nicht an der Wandung festsaugen und dadurch den Spülfluss unterbrechen - sehr durchdacht gemacht! Das Teil, das man in die Nase steckt, ist beweglich, sodass jeder eine für ihn bequeme Spülposition finden wird. Der Akku hat eine ordentliche Leistung. Ich habe nach dem ersten Aufladen bis jetzt 20 Spülungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen gemacht und er hält noch immer. Der einzige echte Kritikpunkt, der mir einfällt, ist, dass man hin und wieder versehentlich auf einen der sehr leichtgängigen Modi-Knöpfe kommt und dadurch unwillentlich die Spülstärke verstellt. Man muss sich eine Griffhaltung angewöhnen, die das vermeidet, dann haut auch das hin.
