Firmstrong Urban Men's Beach Cruiser Bike, Single Speed Bicycle, 26 Inch Wheels, Matte Red

From top to bottom I've had a great experience with this bike and the vendor. I thought the price was reasonable, there were a large variety of colors to choose from (snagged mine in matte red), and it arrived quickly. I received an email from Dustin shortly after placing my order, welcoming me to the Beach Bikes community which I thought was very considerate and was unexpected to me.My order was placed July 27 and I received the bike on July 31, which is awesome. If I order something online, getting it fast is a huge plus. I live in CA so it didn't have to go far but still I was surprised when it was sitting on my door step today after getting home from work.The packaging was done well, no dings or scratches, and it looks great in person. Assembly was very easy, took me under an hour. If you have any experience working on bikes whatsoever you probably won't even need to look at the manual, I didn't. Really the only thing you need to pay attention to is putting the pedals on the correct side of the cranks as one side is clockwise, the other counter. You'll mess up the cranks if you put them on the wrong side so take notice of the stickers on the pedals indicating which side.I put it together, took it for a spin, made a couple adjustments to the seat height and the handlebars and that was a wrap. Like my title says, the cruiser looks great and rides smooth. I like the simplicity and comfort of the bike and it's everything I was looking for. Looking forward to the weekend to take a longer ride.I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for something aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to ride.

The bike rides so smoothly and was super easy to put together. My boyfriend and I bought these for each other for Christmas and we're obsessed! They're perfect for the beach area where we live! Also, the Beach Bikes team is amazing! Customer Service was world class and completely personal, and they were there to answer questions every step of the way. I even got a handwritten letter asking how we liked the bikes and giving us company background. 100% recommend doing business with Beach Bikes!

I had a little trouble putting this together. One thing, was it required grease to assemble, which isn't something that I readily had and had to go purchase some. One of the screws was so tight, I was unable to loosen it with the hardware provided. Fortunately, the company gave me some tips which worked.Unfortunately, the handle bars and seat wouldn't tighten. The seat constantly tipped back, making the only way to ride the bike is by standing on the pedals. The handle bars wouldn't tighten either. You'd go to turn one way and the handle bars would turn, but not the wheel. These are despite tightening as much as I could, to the point where I started stripping the screws.Unfortunately because of the return policy (you have to disassemble the bike; and a 50% restocking fee) it isn't worth the hassle. I'll be donating it to my local thrift shop with hopes that someone more mechanically inclined can find a fix.

This was is a strong and satisfying bike. I love going on bike rides around my neighborhood on it. The bike rides very smooth and handles beautifully. And finally, it fits my hipster style very well. Thank you Firmstrong!

My bicycle was packaged and arrived as stated on the website. Totally easy to put together. Great quality. So happy with my purchase!!

Bike showed up packaged nicely and went together easily. I did notice the headset was a bit stiff so I pulled it apart and the bearings where pretty dry. I lubed the bearings up with Royal Purple grease and put everything back together. The bike works great and is much lighter than I thought it would be. The seat it comes with is also very comfortable.

This is a great bike! Sturdy, easy riding and very good quality.
