Quality Faucet
This is a beautiful faucet for our vessel sink. The hardware is top quality, study, etc. was easy to install-lone up the logo as you install as hubby had to loosen and align. The spring loaded push to close and push again to open is amazing! Works great!

This is the one to buy
I bought other brands on line, that was made in Vietnam and from the DIY stores made in China. The qualit was disappointing plus they didn't sell the Vessel mounting ring. What Vigo sells is impressive. No machine finishing marks or rough finishing. It had a mirror finish which is what you want with your new bowl. Even the box, with foam cut to shape packaging, was high quality similar to the experience opening a box to a new iPhone or iPad. This is a well made and crafted product with no sharp or rough edges. The plating color is perfect with no fading at the edges. I've been in manufacturing a long time and the quality of this product far exceeds what you find in all Major DIY stores. What's so impressive is that it's made in America, not surprise.

LOOK IT OVER BEFORE STARTING
So, the first one of these I ordered was lost by UPS. The second came on time after contacting customer service. Installation was reasonably easy after figuring out all the parts. The instructions were okay but the printing was so small I had to use a magnifying glass to be sure I did not misread the text. The popup stopper is large in diameter, and some would find it unattractive. The advertisement says it can be used for vanities where the bowl is above the countertop or below the countertop. I would suggest do the design work and make them separate. Including extra pieces not used is wasteful and will confuse some DIYERS.

Works well & easy install
Vessel sink developed a small leak prompting this purchase. The old drain was badly corroded and would not unscrew. Had to saw it apart. Looking back, it would have been simpler to buy a new vessel sink, but some of us don't walk away from a challenge!. Then needed to clean up the water stains on the vessel itself. Once all this prep work was done, the actual installation of this new drain was so simple and easy. No leaks. The included, half-inch mounting ring supports the vessel just enough above the granite to allow access for cleaning. Delighted with the purchase!

Well Made
Had to replace a Vigo pop-up that would no longer pop up. I am no plumber and at 80 years old can't get under a sink as easily as I once could, however this pop-up drain was easy to install following the simple directions included in the box. The product is well made and the chrome top is quite beautiful.

Looks great - failed early
I bought two of these drains and installed them fairly easily in 2020. Installation was pretty easy, and I was pleased with the results. Three years later, however, the drain in the sink I use more frequently has become stuck in the down position. I've unscrewed the top part, but the pop-up mechanism is completely stuck, with no apparent way to release it. Three years just doesn't seem long enough (this is the newest plumbing part in the whole house) for it to fail. I hate to pull and replace the whole unit, but have no other obvious options.

Works fine
I bought this item because my 5 yr old pop up drain stopper stuck. I never used it except once. After 5 years, I pushed down on the stopper and it stuck. I should have left it alone. It cost me a new part and labor to get it replaced.
