Brilliant I can keep my home at a regular temperature instead of it being too high too low really good product I am well happy with it .

It works exactly as it should, its not too bright on a night for the baby! Its really easy to use just plug it in to a USB plug and its good to go!

I’ve been using the GroEgg2 for a while now, and overall, I’m quite pleased with its performance. The device accurately displays the room temperature, which gives me peace of mind, especially during extreme weather conditions. The colour-changing feature is a nice touch, making it easy to see at a glance if the room is too hot or too cold. However, there are a couple of design flaws that I find quite frustrating. Firstly, the button to control the device is located on the bottom, which means I have to pick it up every time I want to adjust it. This could have been placed in a more accessible location. Secondly, while it comes with a USB-powered cable, it doesn’t include a plug. This means you need to have a spare USB plug handy, which isn’t always convenient, and as I wasn't aware it wouldn't be included I now have to purchase one separately. Despite these minor inconveniences, the GroEgg2 is a reliable and useful tool for monitoring room temperature and doubles as a nightlight. If the design issues were addressed, it would be nearly perfect.

The Tommee Tippee GroEgg2 is a fantastic nightlight that also helps me keep track of my toddler’s room temperature easily. The egg arrives neatly packaged in a cardboard box, WITHOUT a usb power adapter but with the cable, because apparently Tommee Tippee can't be bothered to include everything you might need for the product to actually work. The temperature sensor appears to work well, unfortunately the following absolutely ruins the product though, as far as I'm concerned. I was laying in bed last night thinking the orange hue was a bit bright, so I went to dim it. "Great, now it's dim!" Or even "Great, now the light is off" You probably think I was thinking, right? No. The second you put it on the first dim setting, the text showing the temperature GETS BRIGHTER, why the hell would they do that? I did a bit of googling and there are some suggestions online that the text brightness doesn't change and that this is due to the light getting dimmer and the contrast between the two being increased. Let me tell you now that this is NOT the case, and that the brightness of the text gets NOTICEABLY brighter, and it does not need to be at all. So I laid in bed again with the equivalent of what felt like a micro-sun shining across the room into my eyes, I lasted around 5 minutes before up I got and the egg was unplugged for the remainder of the night. If it bothered me that much, imagine how much it could disturb the sleep of a baby. This product has been "designed with children in mind", but the execution is terrible. Being able to dim the light but not the temperature reading essentially ruins the product for me, I'd have been able to read it from across the room even if it were more dim. It's even funnier when you think this is the 2nd version of the egg, and it's still this bad! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Buy a cheaper set of baby room thermometers without harsh backlights instead.

A little luxury item, but super affordable. It’s so nice just knowing the temperature of my baby’s room. It lights up to the suitable colour range, and has a digital reading on the front. Gives me assurance that it’s a safe temperature, and makes it easier to know what tog sleep suit to put my baby in. I obviously don’t want the heating on constantly so it gives me that extra assurance

The light works perfectly fine for 2 days, and all of a sudden it has no response, neither the light itself nor the temperature detection, rather disappointing. And the package doesn't come with an adapter, and it needs to be always charged so to be able to use, not very convenient.
