The on off button is flimsy and I suspect this is what has broken, but nevertheless the thing no longer works. Very annoyed because it stopped working during an important Zoom meeting, when I was not touching the button. There is not on off indicator light. However, when it did work is had good clarity and volume.

Arrived in a full Chinese box with no English instructions anywhere. Made by Hyundai and not HUET and although I didn't really care who made it it's still false advertising. Finally it doesn't even work! when i plug it in i do hear my pc pick it up but when trying to voice playback It doesn't pickup anything. It's a shame really because it feels sturdy... if u can ignore something rattling inside the base.

I believe many if not all of the reviews shown here are for a different item. This one has no light to indicate on/off, is manufactured by Hyundai not Huet, and barely picks up a voice unless speaking from only a few inches away from the microphone - which is totally impractical as the stand is only 6 inches high! I will be returning it.

Mute button keeps sticking, very cheap feel to it. Rest of mic appears to be well built.Mic does not pick up sound unless very close to your mouth.Absolutely useless.
