Cricut Iron On Lite, Gold, 12" x 19"

Easy to use with my Cricut Machine. I now have a new hobby, making crafts. So, I'm trying to gather up all of my supplies and of course trying to buy most of them on amazon. So far, the pricing is pretty good on amazon, rather than the Cricut site. I'm happy with this product and the pricing. I'm using this Cricut Iron On Lite material to design t-shirts for myself and my girls. It's a lot of fun. I am just learning all this, so, I'm sure I will be messing up a lot in the beginning..lol There are easy to follow instructions on the paper wrapped around the Iron-on sheet. You get one 12x19 inch roll of iron on decorative heat transfer film. I'm looking forward to using this more often and making some nice designed crafts.

I was skeptical, I admit it. I was sure I'd run into some problems- cutting, adhering, SOMETHING. Nothing works the first time, right? Well, this does. I watched a Cricut (iron on) You Tube video first, just to get an idea of what I was doing- and that was really helpful. I used Design Studio to create my image (though you don't need this to use the material) and followed the package directions. Having the 'picker' tool for weeding out the insides of letters (as recommended) came in very handy. I ironed on immediately after I cut- and it worked like a charm. I created custom tee shirts for a charity walk - and I swear, they look professionally done. The only problem now is I WANT ALL THE COLORS. Fabulous product. Will definitely buy more. (And more and more...) Edited to add: I have since washed the tee shirt a few times (I recommend 'inside out') and thrown it into the dryer (on high, a couple of times by mistake). The iron on looks as good as it did the day I put it on. I'm really impressed with this product.

While I think the price is a little bit high for the amount of iron on vinyl you get in this package, I do think this is an exceptional product. I used this to make a tee shirt for my son (based on a character from the video game Rayman) and I did not use it with the actual Cricut machine (though I own one) and I just used scissors and then ironed on the rather large abstract "O". He wears the shirt constantly and we've washed it many, many times and it still looks new with no signs of peeling, tearing, crumbling, etc. It's holding up amazingly and I will purchase the Cricut brand for future products.

Absolutely loved it!!! Made my halloween costume with it!!! there was a bit of a user error with it... it stopped cutting in the middle of the process but like I said user error... one thing though is it seems the more intricate designs are a little bit harder to make it stick and the little swirls that I had on my design are kind of coming up but like I said it was a Halloween costume so it wasn't all that bad I just hears that there is glitter iron on paper now I'm totally getting that next lol

Great product. Thicker than Siser brand which makes it feel like a good quality product. It can be a little more difficult to adhere, so don't skimp on the ironing time. I haven't had it melt, which has happened with thinner vinyl. Pricier than others. I am not a huge fan of the rolled vinyl, as I find it sometimes difficult to get it to lay down neatly on the cutting mat. Benefit to being rolled, it takes up less storage space.

I don't personally have a Cricut machine, but I have a close friend who does. She was kind enough to let me make 5 shirts using her machine. Let me just say, they turned out amazing! We found that the iron on transfer worked best without any cloth in between the iron and the transfer paper. We were transferring the lettering onto a synthetic workout material shirt so I used a lower temperature on my iron so that I wouldn't burn the shirt or melt the paper. She had watched a Youtube video on how do it correctly which helped us avoid placing the transfer on the wrong side of the paper. Super easy to use. I would definitely recommend! Loved it!

Worked great for the T-shirt’s I was making using my cricut explore air 2. Very easy to weed and iron on. T-shirt’s turned out great but they were a gift for someone else so I’m not sure how they held up with washing and wearing. Did seem a little high priced for the amount you get but I’m new to cricut so I’m not familiar with a lot of other brand options for HTV yet.

I love having the ability to create custom shirt for trips and events. When this works, it works great, but most times, it peels off. And don't get me started on how long it takes to iron it on. When it takes an hour of ironing to get it down and the next morning to see it peeling, I just want to bang my head. Quality control isn't with this product. The machine cuts it great. It's easy to weed. It just doesn't stick and stay down the way you left. it.

I have bought a number of the Cricut Iron on Lite products which I have used to make lettering and images for t-shirts. I have always been pleased with both the quality of the product, the ease of use and the finished product on the garment. As a bit of background/further information - I use this product in connection with the Silhouette Cameo cutter and a heat-press. The Cricut Iron on Lite does come with instructions for cutting and pressing/ironing on the inside of the front page however I use the following heat-press settings: * Medium to heavy pressure * 185 deg C * 25 seconds If you are using a plotter/cutter like the Cameo, remember to insert the vinyl shiny side down into the Cameo to cut and use a pick to start the weeding process once cut. Personally I put the vinyl onto a cutting mat as I feel it makes the cut more precise. An excellent and effective produce. Recommended for smaller projects due to product dimensions.
