Staedtler Micro Mars Carbon Mechanical Pencil Lead, 0.9 mm, HB, 60 mm x 12 Leads (250 09 HB)

I like having a darker line for my notes, but with some leads, you get a lot of smudges when you go with softer leads. I used to use Staedtler leads back in my drafting days and I still use them today. Best leads I have used. Durable, no smudges, and their advertised shade is what you get.

I love the .9mm lead, and the HB is soft enough where my hand doesn't crap from having to put too much pressure down on the paper. I use this for judging beer when I'm sometimes doing 25-35 sheets over the course of a day. Really great product!

Purchased extras and have not needed to use them. Expect to have them a while cause they last a long time.

i was an architectural draftsman and i was using staedtler products only. great products well know in european countries. in my country in poland considered long time ago an excellent product.

nice dispensing mechanism for the leads.

Lead is very short 1/3 the length of the lead that came with the pencil not worth the money.
