Nice basic PC
Bought as an inexpensive, no fuss replacement for an old media PC that didn't have enough RAM or SSD and would have needed more time and $$ to upgrade. This worked flawlessly out of the box and provided significantly more capacity and capability at a great price point. It's silent, runs cool (43C at the moment), and the ability to add a slim 2.5" SATA disk is a nice plus. Installing Linux (Xubuntu 24.04 minimal) was quick and completely painless. Plugged in a bootable USB, started it up, adjust the BIOS boot order, and go. Everything just worked. The hardest part was probably figuring out which HDMI option to tell it to use for audio output and unmuting it. FWIW, the performance of this little box also completely blows my older NUC type machines out of the water at a lower real price. It's probably not going to impress hardcore gamers or someone looking for a screaming fast top end PC, but definitely gets the job done as a solid basic machine. 01/2026 Added a photo...

Rethink your desktop needs!!
Works well at a much better cost than a standard desktop. Very quiet. Only disadvantage I have come across is the inability to change or upgrade the CPU or video card. Connects instantly to our house Wi-Fi, but as a general rule I use a wired connection. Boots quickly, loads quickly, and have had no storage problems yet with the 500 Gb SSD. Plan to upgrade memory to 32 GB from 16GB only because I like it. Have encountered no problems with the 16 GB that it came with, only wish the installation had been with one 16 GB chip instead of the two 8 GB ones.

A restart issue
I got this replacement and it doesn't solve the RESTART and DARK SCREEN issues, everytime I rebooted after having Windows update and the screen went blank; it also blanked for 10 seconds in the middle of my works. This mini PC is hooked up to my 65" Vizio with the included HDMI, I also substituted several new HDMI's cables and the problem (blank screen) remains intact. To reboot, I must unplug the unit and turn off the TV, switched to another HDMI port and left them untouched for awhile then rebooted both to bring the mini PC back to work. I don't know if there is a better solution to keep it stable. Updated 9/01/2025: I got a brand new one from the manufacturer about 3 months ago, and I'm glad that the problem has been solved. So, the previous two units were having video card issue. Thanks and I'm happy with that; but I could rate this product four stars.

Great "Mini" Computer
I bought this for our small office to replace an older (larger) desktop PC. They may call it a "mini pc", but it is a powerhouse machine. It was very easy to set up and to move all files and programs from the old desktop computer (using third party software). After several months, it continues to perform beautifully. We run QuickBooks and MS Office mostly. If you are looking for a new home or small office PC, this Beelink Mini PC is an excellent choice - powerful, small footprint, and superb value!

Can't reinstall Windows 11 with Microsoft ISO
If you're planning on using Linux on it, it installs just fine. If your distribution of choice is Ubuntu, avoid 22.04 as it is unstable on this system, and go for Ubuntu 22.10 (or any other more recent release if you're reading this at a later time). As for Windows, you can't reinstall with Microsoft ISO (22H2 I believe I used). It will notify you that it is missing a driver to install prior to starting the installation as you can see on the screenshot. Unfortunately, it isn't specifying which driver is missing. I first tried different steps to go around the issue that I found online, which among other things suggested different thumbdrives, checking BIOS settings, to no avail. I went through Beelink website, and tried the drivers packs for this system to no avail (trying every single driver in them). I then contacted support, which made me run around, just to be told after more than a month of back and forth that they don't have the missing driver(s). Their support take multiple days to answer, sometimes a week or more, and doesn't read carefully the emails, resulting in having to repeat a number of times that my issue was prior to Windows being installed (so their guide didn't apply). They asked me to provide multiple screenshots of BIOS, installation, serial numbers, purchase number and I had to keep telling them the issue I have was while trying to install Windows as they kept providing me guides that were for Windows while it is installed. They had suggested at one point the missing driver is from the SSD, but the manufacturer, Kingston, had none available. While they have an ISO you can use to reinstall Windows 11, that you have to download from mega.nz (I'm not even sure they provide it on their support site), it's the one they build themselves, which I don't like. I do believe you should be able to install with the ISO from Microsoft (which I have been able to do on all my computers since the 90s as far as I remember), and, in this case all, the one (or multiple) missing driver(s).

Tiny, but Powerful
I am not a techie, but I know power when I see it. I bought this tiny pc on a whim after many an hour waiting for my Sims 4 to load on my 2016 HP Laptop with all the Mods and Custom Content I have acquired over the years for the game (I also have nearly every expansion pack). I transferred over my mod folder after a quick clean up of the folder and set to downloading and updating the game on Miss Beelink. When I loaded the game with mods turned on I had a timer set to see how fast it would load as my HP took anywhere from an hour to 3 to load. THIS Queen Bee of a PC loaded the game in 6 minutes and 13 seconds. I've added additional mods, I've played the game heavy moving from lot to lot that normally set my computer to lagging. Yes, this did cause small delays now and then if I did them back to back BUT it always loaded. Never crashed, and the unit barely gets warm~! I can't even hear the fan~! This is suuuuuch an upgrade for me, so I HIGHLY recommend it.

Good things do come in little packages
Bigger is not always better and this mini-pc is a great example. I had a full tower serving as my main computer and family room HTPC and this was a very nice replacement. It has a small footprint with plenty of power. I no longer need this huge machine sitting on the floor. On occasion, I'll set up the system in my daughter's room for movie nights. The kids enjoy just sitting or laying on the bed and just knock out right afterwards. It's a very quick setup and it all fits perfectly on her dresser. With the AMD Ryzen 5 3550H CPU, it gives you 4 cores and 8 logical processors with a base speed of 2.10 GHz, which will boost up to to 3.7 GHz when needed, without any tweaking. This comes very handy for me when playing games and editing videos/pictures. The 8 GB of DDR4 RAM is sufficient, but I may add another 8 GB later on. It has the ability to support up to 64 GB, which can easily be expanded anytime. With the 256 GB solid-state drive, Windows 10 Pro comes up in mere seconds. The 1 TB hard disk drive is a decent size for data such as documents, music, pictures, and videos, but storage is also expandable, either by the expansion slots or an external drive. I really like the 6 USB 3.0 ports, especially since I have a couple of printers and external drives. The two ports in the front make it convenient for a thumb drive or connecting smart phones. There was definitely no waste by having the much slower USB 2.0 ports anywhere on this unit. The fingerprint reader is always a nice to have. It was very simple to set up and gets me logged in quickly. It can also be set up for multiple users, which is great for other family members. The two built-in microphones would work well enough for Cortana, but for online meetings or gaming, a headset would still be better. Regarding the heat dissipation, I was actually pleasantly surprised. With the 3 heat conduction tubes, 2 fans and the magnesium-aluminum alloy casing, the unit remained relatively cool even after hours of gaming. Of course, it's always best to keep the unit in a well ventilated area to avoid any overheating and do the occasional dust blowing\vacuuming if needed. While this does come with Wifi 6, I'm unable to take advantage of it currently. However, it does give me a good reason to go buy an Access Point that will support it. Finally, about the video capabilities. This comes with two HDMI ports, along with one DisplayPort. The capability of connecting three monitors out of the box using standard connections is a big plus. In addition, there's also a fourth display option via the USB Type-C port. The Radeon Vega 8 integrated GPU is decent for gaming. I played Fortnite at the medium settings and the gameplay was pretty smooth. I even tried it at the epic settings, but it was more grainy and choppier, which was expected. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to seeing the longevity of this product.

Perfect as a Home Theater PC
I replaced a 10 year old theater/media system with this little computer. Doubled my capacity and speed for a great price, it runs quietly and cool. Getting the OS installed from USB was a snap. The only snag I hit was installing an internal SSD. The disk housing was not perfectly shaped and so it took a few tries and replacing the SATA cable to get it to seat properly and be recognized by the system (minus one star). Otherwise a great deal for a very capable machine.
