I bought the 5-pack of these TEAMGROUP C162 32GB USB flash drives specifically to use with my bench test equipment, and they have worked out very well. The drives are small, sleek, and feature a durable metal housing that feels much more substantial than typical plastic flash drives.Performance has been excellent for my needs, with fast read and write speeds and reliable operation across multiple devices. I formatted all five drives to FAT32 and installed them in various pieces of desktop test equipment for saving screenshots, measurement data, and log files. They have been recognized quickly and have performed without issues.Their compact size makes them ideal for equipment where you want to leave a flash drive plugged in without it sticking out excessively. If you’re looking for affordable, dependable USB drives for instruments, data logging, or general file storage, this 5-pack is a great value.

Ended up buying a bunch of these for loading iso's for reinstalling operating systems. Was using some old usb 2.0 sandisks but once the OS iso got over 4 gbs coping that many files via usb 2 became super tedious. The copy speeds on these have been decent so far. I definitely didnt need 32gbs but that was the smallest size with the best price with decently reviewed copy speeds.

This was added on to my purchase as a gift, and it has been used way more than I thought it would be.I ended up needing three USB sticks, and the fact that this one came along when it did was a real life saver. It ahs been used to transfer files, install operating systems, update bios and flash drivers, etc. Gets a bit warm during large file transfers, but doesn't seem to have any actual issues. It is tiny and looks great. Not difficult to remove or anything.

Regarding TEAMGROUP C162 32GB 5 Pack USB 3.2 Gen 1 USB 3.1/3.0 Mini, it works great, nice small size. One problem, though - I plugged this in next to a LogiTech Unifying Receiver, and suddenly my mouse stopped working. When I moved it to a USB port farther away, the mouse resumed working. This indicates some sort of wireless interference in the 2.4Ghz band. (The whole point was to have my USB drive plugged in next to my LogiTech receiver, and not have the drive "stick out" like the others so that I could use my mouse. The laptop I'm using unhelpfully puts both of its USB ports on the right side, which is bad for us right-handed folks who wish to put their mouse there.)Otherwise, good storage, good solution, great price.

Very small—less than half length of typical flash drives. Very fast. Inexpensive considering capabilities. Speed approximately as described (100 MB/s). One of fastest flash drives available. Great price for storage capacity and speed. I formatted ExFAT for compatibility with Mac and Windows.very high quality. Somewhat tight fit and with big fingers it is a little harder to remove than typical flash drives, but not extremely difficult. A small drive as this is expected to be harder to remove. No DOAs as I’ve experienced with other flash drive packs. Highly recommended.

Decently quick and well built. Does stick out a bit more than some others like Sandisk Ultrafit. I was able to get it to fit in the limited space of the internal usb port on a terramaster f4 424 pro by cutting off the plastic loop on the back, otherwise it’s too tall.

These little C162 128GB flash drives are very economical. I generally use Samsung FIT Plus flash drives and stock up when they are on sale. I couldn't resist buying these little TEAMGROUP C162 drives as the price was very low in comparison to the Samsung drives. One thing I noted right away is Windows reports a total capacity of 116GB for these and 120GB for the Samsung FIT Plus drives. Neither the slightly reduced capacity nor slower speeds are a deal breaker. These are certainly much faster than the best USB 2.0 drives but relatively slow for a 3.0 or 3.1 drive. I'm okay with the speed considering the cost. I'll be using them for storage only and for the inevitable loaner drive(s). I expect you know the typical coworker or friend I'm referring to here. He or she often needs files to take home but NEVER has a flash drive with them to use. My experience with this is, I NEVER get my flash drives back. I'd much rather loan (lose) one of these than a more expensive drive. As far as longevity and data retention goes, only time will tell. All things considered, I'm content with my purchase thus far.UPDATE 3/30/23: I've bought several more since my review and they have a concerning issue with heat.While writing a 120GB OS image, they will get hot enough to burn your fingers. I've had this happen literally every time I've written a large image to these drives. It's not a fluke and could be a potential problem. I'm usually gently wiping the exposed metal with a damp sponge while writing large images.I've noticed all brands will generate heat while writing a large image. These get far hotter than anything else I've used thus far. So far, my efforts to keep them cooled down seem to work well.It's not very convenient to have to cool the drives during a long write process but I feel it's necessary. They will generate some heat even when copying smaller files, but nothing compared to what happens when you are doing a 45 minute plus read or write process. I am not giving up on them by any means, but I will continue to put in the extra effort to keep them cooler when reading or writing large images. So far, I have not experienced any data loss. I hope it stays that way. I still recommend these because of the low cost. Just be aware they can get extremely hot.UPDATE 8/24/23: I tried two of the 512GB C162 models to run a Linux OS from. Both started out with reasonable write speeds. Both had their write speeds reduced to approximately 10% of their original speeds after writing a 256GB image to them. I've never seen anything like this happen, so I thought the first drive was just a bad drive. The second drive exhibited the exact same issues. Something is being damaged within this particular size and model while writing the large image to them. This doesn't happen on the 64GB through 256GB models although they all get overly hot. I may buy more in sizes of 256GB and under but, I'll never buy another 512GB capacity of the C162 model. These two can still be used as storage assuming I can live with USB 2.0 (or less) write speeds. The 512GB versions of C162 are totally useless for what I bought them for.I'm lowering my rating to one star, and I feel that is generous for the 512GB version.

Speedy! 3.2 Gen 1 on CrystalDisk is close to real world. The price was great too. I have USB 3.2 Gen2 Native on my Asrock B550 Pro. No difference though.Only downside is this was supposed to replace a Silicone Power, Jewel 80, 32 GB. The open space on this isn't nearly big enough for a regular 2" split ring my keys are on. This is also a metal casing with a plastic piece where it should be attached to a key ring. Not sure about durability there. The SP Jewel is all metal with a large round ring for running the split ring through. The SP is tough as nails! This 1 has been on my keys for 7 years. Discolored and worn, it never fails. I just wanted to have more capacity. Another SP Jewel 80 in 128 GB is what I'll have to replace the 32 GB with. This is a Good Buy though!

Very fast and a lot of room! Feels sturdy and ridiculously small.

I'm using this for MP3s and playback inside my vehicle. Works really well. And my vehicle has no issues detecting the storage space. It's well built, easy to use, and has sufficient speed for media playback.

Work great for more storage for my firestick
