I'm M&S size 12 in trousers but I had to order a large. Med just was to tight especially in the afternoon after a meal. When measuring yourself go just below the waist, more top of hips, pants line to. Very pleased with it now I've got the right size.

According to information on this product from the seller, with a 29 inch waist I am size medium: 27.6 - 33.5 inch waist. However when I tried it on, the item is MUCH too tight! You caqn see from the photo how the lower strap does not reach around the front. I am in some pain already, which is why I bought the thing, but the extreme tightness compresses all the painful bits. I simply can not wear it. It seems like I would have to go up 2 sizes to get a decent, individualised fit that holds without extreme compression. I would happily exchange, but the seller does not offer returns or exchanges. It is not even possible to contact the seller from my orders.

This product has obviously been very carefully designed, but it is essential to purchase the correct size! Being a usual size 8-10 female, I went for the small. Will be ordering again in medium (true to measuring, see size guide), as I found the small just too tight under arms. Had cracked/broken ribs result of fall and have Kyphosis anyway, so was in agony. Certainly helps keep my posture more upright. However, do not kid yourself that you’ll feel instant relief - it hurts/aches, but you do feel that the support is helping!

Expensive, but I must have 4 others and this is by far the best. Also pulls in the Christmas belly very slightly. :) My pain is from slight scholosis and a repeatedly broken collarbone from rugby and cycling. This really braces things, relieves pain in the short term and has helped me build better habits. Doesn't cut in and although the wraps for the shoulder pads would ideally be built in. I can't think of how to improve them and still have a one size fits all option. Expensive, but buy once, buy right.

I chose this since it seemed a bit more professionally designed and the price reflected that. It was incredibly tight to wear and very uncomfortable - I double checked I had the right size, I did and it only just fitted. Wore it for two hours and my shoulder felt worse. Then I went on holiday and discovered a better piece of kit that did the job better. I'm a keen walker and I found that my day sack adjusted properly was more comfortable, more adjustable and did the same job of pulling my shoulders back for hours at a time and was more useful since it could carry my packed lunch and water and other gubbins!

This device certainly helped to keep my shoulders back while i was wearing it but it was unbearably tight round my ribs. I ordered by waist size as it says, but none of the straps went round my waist. Both straps round my middle ended up very tight around my lower ribs. Fortunately Amazon kindly refunded my money, but be aware the seller online sports support store does not offer returns. I am 5'7" skinny build, and have a waist size of 31" and ordered the Medium if that helps.

Bit uncomfortable under the arms

I have purchases several posture aids over the years, including several in the last year. I have had poor posture for many years despite weight-bearing exercise, unless I am paying attention, in part because my Dad was round shouldered as he got older. In the years before his death at 92, he could not even lay his head flat, coming at best about four inches from the ground. I have been determined to fight this as I get older. None of the devices I have purchased comes close to working as well as the Neo G device. And most I have not returned because I have worn them long enough that I didn't feel I could legitimately return them. My most recent purchase -- Faburo Adjustable Back Brace for Posture Correction and Back Pain Support - NEW Added Under-Arm Cushion Support - UNISEX (Black), also from Amazon -- was a good device but it was so long in the body that, to strap it on tightly or it would hurt my neck. And even though I purchased my size, it just did not pull back my shoulders as much as I would like. The Neo G is a fully adjustable device, both around the waist and, because the should harness also pulls around and velcroes in the front, is also fully adjustable. It ran true to size and, when pulled on tight, it really pulls your shoulders back. It has lightweight stays for the length of the back to provide a reminder to keep your bak straight. It also features pads so that the underarm area is well-protected. I have worn it at night (and I sleep in an adjustable bed) but I find that it is more useful to wear during the day, where it is a strong reminder not only to keep your shoulders back but to keep your spine more erect. Since I work from home, it's a good reminder indeed. Going out: I would wear it under a jacket but not something lightweight, like a T-shirt. I have worn it over an exercise shirt and under a fleece jacket when running around doing errands. If you sit at a desk, this would be ideal. Finally I have found a posture device that really works!

Ottimo prodotto. Robusto e ben rifinito. Occorre un po' di "allenamento" per indossarlo a lungo ma è abbastanza confortevole. Consigliabile

It would help if I'd wear it but it's not the most comfortable. Runs really small. I'm 5'10 & under 150lbs.. I got an XL. Perhaps it was for a child? Could use some cushioning or tweaking around collarbone. Velcro bit crunchy, if you are having issues it would totally help. Just don't expect major comfort. (I got two thinking I would gift one to my mom but if it was that small on me, I didn't bother passing along).
