Nothing stamped on the item as to where it was manufactured , however very poor quality. Would not recommend . Hope this helps

Will 8aug or 10ga wire fit into these for a solder connection?

10 gauge absolutely, I'm not so sure of 8. I used 10 gauge and crimped, and it's been a couple of years, so I'm not sure how loose it was. Good day!

What is the amp rating for these?

These are for audio speaker level voltages, which are DC, (not AC) . As such they live in the " low-voltage" family of electrical measurements. They'll accept up to 12g speaker wire' If your amp puts out more than 300W RMS/Chan I'd probably advise a heavier connector
