Political Science For Dummies

This book really covers a lot of ground from the first ancient political thinkers to present day. If the current world of international and domestic politics seems muddled read this book, Thank you Professor Stadelmann for helping an 87 year old to bet a better grip on the current even.

If you don't know much about political science but want to have a good understanding, than this is a good starter book. It covers all the basics without getting too wordy or bogging ones brain down with jargon.

Many definitions, plenty of examples and clarifications.

This is a great concise informative thorough book about political science. Helped me immensley in understanding today's current events.

Provides excellent clarity.

I like to read this books to review things that have passed into oblivion from my memory. This book does a good job but the period of time since it was punished has been so intense, parts of it read as out of date or incorrect. It is not that old, but an update would be helpful.

Will be reading it again and probably already have gone through it twice with use of the cross reference through out the book.

It is very interesting to know the big picture about the politics, but there is a major focus on USA and Great Britain.
