I bought this to enable the easy transfer of homemade pizzas into the pizza oven.It's a good size, easy to clean and store. It's especially handy that the handle unscrews which helps both for cleaning and also if you want to save space when storing the item.It's definitely a good idea to give the pizza peel a good coat of semolina or similar before transferring the pizza to it to allow the pizza to easily slide off into the oven.The first time I used it I made the rookie mistake of adding the toppings to the pizza whilst it was on the paddle which resulted in some suction between the pizza base and paddle and making it difficult to transfer the pizza into the oven. Now I top the pizzas on a well floured wooding chopping board and only slide the the pizza peel underneath it when it's ready to go in the oven.Once the pizza base has cooked a bit in the oven it is nice and easy to slide the peel under the pizza in the oven to allow you to rotate the pizza when needed and remove and serve it when it's finished.

This is a very good quality peel at a fraction of the branded price options.Great addition to my Ooni Koda 12. Bought as an extra peel to allow for more efficient quicker time scale of making pizzas.Would recommend and deffo buy again.Ps. 5 Star Seller too.... prompt response to question regarding product and follow up resolution.

Exactly what I needed to get my pizzas on and off the pizza stone. The Weber pizza stone for the gourmet BBQ system has two handles that would block a wider paddle (including the Weber paddle based on a review I read) but this one fits nicely between those handles. I’ve only used it a few times but the paddle appears well made, it is sturdy, and although it has a bit of flex in the face it easily supports a pizza with toppings, and I transported several across my garden on it without issue. Cleaning was easy.One minor point to mention is that although the handle screws on and off for storage I feel it would be a pain to do so each time as it was quite stiff. I plan to leave it attached, I have the space so not a problem for me. If you are looking for something specifically for space saving there may be handier options.
