Faulty Clips Missing
The tower arrived with bits missing. I attempted to return it. The seller wants £65-00 to arrange collection. Avoid.

Clicking system faulty
These simple “toothed” half moon fixing mechanism - are not easy to unclick - literally 20 mins for the hand rails and one platform is STUCK - I cannot remove this fixing 😱😱😱

Good tower, quick delivery
Delivered in 48 hours, the tower is good quality and does exactly what I wanted.. Easy assembly and easy to move around.
