Future work tool
I have not started using this product yet, but I did test it out and it did not leave any ink residue on my finger so there was no need for wipes. Great pad

Small but works
Not large enough to get all four fingers on. Description a little miss leading.

Ink is not dark. Maybe not dark enough for submission.
Compared to other fingerprint inks we've used, this ink is NOT DARK. It's a light gray. This may not be enough for your prints to be accepted. There's plenty of fluid on the pad, but it's more clear than inky. This is not suited to the purpose. In the picture, an example of "good" fingerprint ink is on the bottom of the photo, the Lee fingerprint ink is on the top part. Note the marked difference.

The best for federal print cards, Form 4 stuff
If you have to do your own fingerprint cards for a federal agency, buy this. Especially if you're working with an online retailer that only sends you two cards and a very inky, blotchy pad. The prints come out perfectly and make rolling much easier. This just wipes off too.
