These pills have helped me a lot over the last 12 months, since the start off lock down. March 2020 I was 19 st 8 lbs today writing this review 13 st 7 lbs. still have a little way to go till I hit my target, I would recommend but they are not miracle pills so a well balanced diet and exercise will be required.

Don’t bother buying these
Don’t work! My wife and I are on a calorie controlled diet & saw no difference at all taking these. Waste of money I’m afraid

Quantity totally different from advertisement
It states 120 tablets when purchasing but only 56 in the jar when arrived

Only 56 tablets received not 120 as stated
Only received 56 units rather than 120 units as advertised, tried to get resolved no one seems to be able to help , should of went direct with holland and barrett at least you get correct order.

Perfect with the right regime!
I’ve been using these for a few months now and I’ve found they have helped me with my weight loss journey and maintaining my balanced diet.I’d recommend them as long as they’re used with regular exercise and a balanced diet.
