Excellent product, just the right shade for me and if followed to the letter there is zero irritation or issue. Highly recommend but please remember to was out as instructed.

Defective - avoid.
Package came already opened. Was a bit suspicious but went for it anyway. Followed the instructions in the manual to a T - but when I went into the shower the dye all washed off making this a total waste of time.
