Bottle leaked, but mostly ok
I have some new recipes I want to try. The jar leaked somewhat so packaging could be better, but I think they may still be usable. I will reorder if necessary and review again.

Synthetic taste
Although they look great, the lemons have a synthetic/chemical lemon taste to them; they don't taste natural

Smelled like Lemon Household Cleaner
I had a recipe for Easter Dinner calling for preserved lemons so I bought this product. When I opened the jar it had a strong chemical smell ver much like a lemon scented household cleaning product. I cut up a few lemon peels but the smell did not dissipate. I ended up making the recipe without the featured ingredient, wasting money and tossing it out. Maybe I just got unlucky but very frustrating to pay that much for a grocery item for a special holiday meal and then have to dump it in the trash. Won’t buy that brand again.

Item was received with seal broken.
When I opened the package, I noticed that the bubble wrap that the jar was wrapped in was wet. After removing the bubble wrap, I discovered that the lid was loose and the seal was broken allowing the liquid to seep out. So, the preserved lemons are unusable and must be thrown away. This item is not returnable so it was a complete waste of money.
