Great quality Vitamin D supplement
I’ve been taking the MegaFood Vitamin D3 2000 IU for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I feel a difference in my overall energy and mood. I picked this one because it’s made with real food ingredients and is certified non GMO, vegetarian, and kosher. It’s hard to find supplements that check all those boxes and still feel like something I can trust. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me.
