it seems like an okay product by the numbers they display. I do take them twice a day, as I think that I personally can benefit from its qualities. I was surprised to find it as the #1 supplement for the mind when I tried a Google response. Also joints, throat. It's one of the supplements you can really say, we could probably all benefit from. Oh yeah, it IS like swallowing two submarines, but you can do it and it's worth it. No taste, no burp, no come-back-atcha.
