Speedy delivery. Easy to set up and connect to WiFi. Plenty of internet and DAB stations. Mains and battery operated, which makes it portable. Overall, a very good piece of equipment.

Fabulous little radio. So easy to connect to the Wi-Fi network and to Spotify. Sound quality excellent and the system for storing the presets is so much easier than for my previous Pure Elan radio (which this replaces). Only time will tell whether it lasts for more than a few years. But, so far, have been delighted with the sound and functionality. Oh yes. It also arrived quickly and does not occupy huge amounts of space.

I live in a poor DAB (and terrestrial TV) reception area, so I’ve recently invested in several internet radios. This is my latest addition. Pros Internal software/sound processing is excellent. More later. Uses Frontier Technologies portal to access internet radio stations. This means you can use the Oktiv mobile app as a remote control for all the functionality. This is an absolute godsend for these budget radios that have no remote. Beats Skytune hands down. Using the mobile app to create presets, and then select them, is easy. Cons The inbuilt speakers manfully try to replicate audio. Sound separation and detail is good, but sound is harsh, and lacks oomph. Couldn’t recommend for continued use, even in a kitchen. The navigation knob is small and clunky. WiFi setup is fiddly, due to the small screen. If you link this with a half decent external speaker, then it truly delivers. This is what I have done with all of my recent purchases. Had the time now to use Bluetooth and internet radio via “primitive” 3.5mm jack to a decent (mono) speaker Samsung AVL3. The sound is very impressive. Way better than the unit’s own speakers.

Very reasonably priced radio . Nowadays with so many internet stations , and also reception can be difficult for FM and DAB , this is a good item to have . I have to say set up and link to my Hub was so easy with WAP and sound is very good . Very small issue is that when searching and using the point to letters , is a bit fiddly , but its not a huge issue . The radio is a good size for kitchen , easily portable and solid built. Have bought some extra life batteries but only been using a week or so at this time

Bought this for the office to broaden the choice of radio stations and it's absolutely brilliant. So simple and easy to set up and use, less than 5 minutes with no issues connecting to the wifi. It plugs straight into the mains supply to no worrying about changing batteries. Great search options by music genre, country, city, etc.. Sound quality is very good also. All in all I'm delighted with my purchase.

Literally most complicated device for such a simple concept such as a radio. Claims you can save up to 20 presets but this is not true, you can save TWO presets before it then just overwrites the two you’ve saved if you try to save 3 or more…. Too many options, not a simple user interface when you have about 300 different paths you could go down and you get lost and have no idea where you’ve ended up. The instructions are contradictive - one section says hold all 3 buttons down to hold a preset, then another section says only hold 2 buttons down? Unfortunately neither work? So frustrating to use, £70 gone down the drain with this piece of garbage!

I like a radio in my bathroom when I'm getting ready for the day. The radio I had was a dab radio but the sound was not very good or clear and my hearing is not good partly as a result of going to loud rock concerts in my younger days. I needed something I could hear clearly, so I took a punt on this which was a new item without any reviews, although the specs looked good. The sound is great so it does the job in that respect. As an anti-woke person I listen to Talk radio, but it could not receive it by DAB as the DAB signal for that here is poor, although my other radio could receive it intermittantly. Not to fear as this is where its high tech features come in because it was easy to find as an internet radio station and the signal from that with our reasonably fast wireless broadband is very good. If you want to spend time looking there is every station you could want on the internet that are available to this radio. The only downside with the radio is the small size and capacity of the battery for a radiowith so many power draining features and a 4 Watt sound output. To overcome that I bought the largesst capacity powerbank I could find as I have no mains in my bathroom. This works well to charge the radio, but when plugged in and the battery is fully charged the radio won't switch on, so once it reaches that point I unplug it and all is fine until the battery runs out, then I plug it back in it works while charging, that is a bit of a faff but for me its wofth it to have a radio that I can hear clearly. As a rough guide using internet radio, which is probably the most power draining option I think the battery lasts for about 2 hours. The radio doesn't have a dedicated mains connectiom; all the power input is via the battery or a usb mico connection. I don't think it works with the usb plug/transformer supplied connected when the battery is fully charged either and I would think that is a software issue, but if that is the case its not really a mains/battery operating radio. I did try using it with the battery removed, but it doesn't work at all like that.

Absolutely terrible device. Not detecting any internet radio station. I’ve tried two different WiFi networks, 2.4G and 5G, reboots and software updates. Nothing fixed the problem.

Radio spielt sehr gut , auch Interneteinstellung einfach , der Einstellknopf ist zu klein das heißt , er müsste größer sein, dazu ist er auch noch konisch, könnte kleine Rillen haben,zum einfacheren einstellen!
