Bought this in December as a gift to my son. It has been working well. Apparently, almost 2 months into using it, it’s system has been slow and it lags when he plays games. Also, the home button now malfunctions at times. I’m not sure if this still can be returned. But since it refurbished I guess these problems arise? Help from seller please.

Wouldn't update or download up to date versions of apps
The i-pad arrived quickly and was well packed. On inspection it was in good condition and even had a cover (although an old one), charging cable and plug. I have, however, returned it, due to the fact that when I plugged it in to charge, it informed me that it would no longer support any updates. This wasn't a major issue but when I tried to download apps it informed me that it would only download old versions of the apps I wanted. For this reason I found it unsuitable for me

So far as good as new!
We’ve been using this iPad now for a few weeks and you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between this and a new one, and at a fraction of the cost. Very pleased so far!

I’m not very happy tbh I thought I would be able to watch things on this but I can’t what a waste of of time and money you should put more information on about this product
