Nice casters, but for what you pay they could at least include f'n screws to attach them.

Hard to contact
The casters are great! Very heavy duty and very maneuverable. The only problem I had, which is why I rated it 3 stars, is that I ordered 2 regular & 2 locking casters. I received 4 regular ones. Tried to reach the company to purchase the locking mechanism only since I had already installed the casters before I realized 2 weren’t locking. Never heard back from them. Frustrating!
