Big Feelings (An All Are Welcome Book)

What a fantastic book to add to my collection about feelings, the kids loved this. Currently working on my transitional kindergarten library. Children at this age have lots of feelings and are learning how to control/regulate their feelings, which gave this book a whole different meaning to them since they could relate.

This book is super cute and helpful for my little one in managing her big emotions!

This book was great! I was looking for a book where children of color could find themselves. I thought why are white children the only ones who know how to solve their problems? This book shows everyone. The only drawback is that some of the pictures are small so it is best read as a lap book.

I needed a book to teach my little one about this feelings. We read it every night. And he’s learning

Love reading this to my grandchild. I put up the poster of feelings and she points to the feelings she is having and we then can talk about them. Perfect book to help a child get a better understanding of their feelings and the choices they can make to address them!

My second purchased book from this author. If you’re a classroom teacher, it’s a must for a read aloud. If your a parent, or anyone who enjoys picture books, the book jacket is a poster! Soooo cute and include beautiful, diverse illustrations. Laminate the book jacket for a beautiful display.

Beautiful, evocative illustrations — this book explains the huge range of feelings in a lovely and kid-friendly way.

Feelings through adults through a loop, so good to give the kids a head start on navigating our advance warning system called feelings.

Very simplistic story to describe emotions. I absolutely love it. Amazing representation of all kinds of people/children. All kinds of descriptive words for different emotions not often seen in other stories (such as I feel bold). I am very excited to use this as a teaching resource this year. Also love that the dust cover converts to a poster with all kinds of emotion on it. So beyond happy with this book.
