WENKO Set of 2, 30 x 52 cm "Marble" Protective Hob for Induction Hob, Glass Hob, Ceramic, Tempered Glass

I had previous hob protectors which needed replaced. When I looked, the price of same seemed to have gone up quite a bit. I found this pair at a brilliant price, but I was a bit worried about the quality. I needn't have worried, because they look great and really brighten up the kitchen. The little feet come in four heights, so suit every type of hob. I am already using mine to put kitchen implements on and to cut on. I do not know how heat resistant they are, because that's where I came to grief with the last pair - I burnt them! Anyway, I have cupboards near the hob and in the last 15 years have had to replace them twice due to items falling out of the cupboards and chipping the edge of the ceramic. At £400 a go to replace my hob, these protectors are a fantastic investment.

Lovely effect. Had to take care positioning the feet to fit the grills over the gas burners, but no regrets.

I thought long and hard about buying one of these and couldn’t seem to find one that seemed like it would fit my hob. My kitchen is small so every inch of work surface counts and to be able to it with something like this I knew would be a game changer (as long as it worked obviously lol) I scrolled through many variations of these hob covers and held off for a long time before eventually purchasing one. I decided to just bite the bullet and get one. At the end of the day if it didn’t quite fit I could always return it and I would have lost nothing. It would have been really helpful to know in the advert that you can place the feet on the underside yourself so that it fits snuggly to where you need it to. I think I was assuming that the feet were already placed and I couldn’t work out how to know their positioning. It arrived today and I love it sooooo much. It is absolutely perfect!! It fits exactly where I want it to (because you put the feet where you want them) and the picture is super easy to line up. If you are wondering whether or not to get one them just go for it. You will be really happy you did. This is definitely going to be the game changer I was hoping it would be. I am a super happy customer 🥰🥰🥰

5* for product if it’s what you like/need. Loved these and had in wish list for months before finally purchasing. No issues on delivery, looked as good as in pictures and felt sturdy. Unfortunately they did not work with our gas hob due to the pan support. Tried with and without feet but couldn’t get a good placement for them to be sturdy enough. Also hadn’t considered splashback in new kitchen and it looked too busy. It was with regret I returned item. A different hob I’m sure I’d have given 5*
