Ok sausage nut here. Roasted, grilled , fried, casserole, hot , cold, I don't care. I've tried every sausage you can imagine.. yet I still come back to richmonds. It's the balance. It's just right, not to strong, not over herby, keeps it shape while cooking, I can't fault them. I like buying fresh and freezing myself. Always keep a pack in , if freezing , place in a zipper back flat, side by size till they freeze. This way you can easily lift out the amount you need.

Shrinkflation victim.
Always a great sausage, However... Been eating & cooking these for at least 45 years,the last 20 of which I have used my favourite old faithful frying pan. When cooking a 12 pack I always have to put some up the sides and swap them around to ensure an even cook. The last 3 packs of these have fitted easily in my frying pan with none up the sides. They don't show the weight on the pack now either. Hmmm.
