Taste fresh and very nice, a bit expensive but everything is these days. Healthy nuts.

Found them dried out and flavourless, in a blind test I'm not sure I would have identified them as pistachio

Peeled Pistachio = dry
I generally love pistachios and I wanted to make Bandy Snaps for Christmas. I always put chopped pistachios on top. I did taste one of course, but to eat them as a snack, they were too dry. There wasn't much flavour to them either. Next time though I would buy shelled pistachios.
