These tips arrived crammed in a very small bag with no paperwork whatsoever. In the advertisement it shows what the different tips come out looking like. I thought they would include some type of paperwork showing that with the items, but no. Very disappointed as I will have to use each one to find out which design, they produce. I have purchased other decorating tips, a smaller set, and it came in a box with directions on how to use the tip holders and what each tip design is. I already know how to use the holders but wouldn't have if this was my first purchase of these items. I will not purchase from this company again as they are cheap and unhelpful.
