I love the smell and I feel like it’s really helped my moods even out a bit!

This tiny bottle is no joke. The quality of the oil is nice and strong. Keep that in mind because when I applied it the area was deep tissue sore/tender. It's best to go light as possible and work your way up to suggested use. If you still get a lot of soreness you might want to cut with another oil to diffuse the impact over a larger area such as your lower abdomen. I'm not a medical professional so take all of my recommendations with a grain of salt. What it did for me: Evened out my mood Heightened my concentration Cut through a chunk of brain fog (didn't cure it but helped some) Helped my emotions feel more insulated so to speak and dull the negative impacts that would frustrate me so easily. I got rid of the migraines but had a different kind of headache afterwards (probably not related because it felt like a combo sinus headache and eye strain, so prolly noticed that more since the other part subsided.) I felt more sensitive to the touch, and more alert. I had to take a break because it felt a bit intense. All in all would recommend if you need some relief if you're balancing hormones, battling pcos, or peri-menopause.
