It fit and adjusted easily. For how long it works I don't know.

It will be used on our John Deere tractor mower at our country place.

This lasted one cutting of my lawn. Would be returning/exchanging, bit sadly it took me a couple weeks to install, and it worked when cutting my lawn the first time, then when I went to mow 2 weeks later it failed after 5mins so I can't even get a replacement

Absolute garbage.... The contact surface is not square to each other on the new points as compared to the OEM points that I am replacing. I did get the tractor running but I do not think these point will last long. There is some slight arcing on the new points. Also the screw on the wire connectors would not tighten, I had to take the screw off of the old points to connect the lead wires. It seems the machine screw is not the correct size. I am not impressed with my purchase. I did expect Amazon to represent a seller with a higher standard of quality.

This product lasted 3 hours in my John Deere tractor before it started misfire. Doesn't seem to be able to handle the heat. Had to replace with JD genuine parts.
