They are excellent.
We have a Siamese cat and he occasionally got over the fence these stegastrips are marvellous they stop him straight away . We are very pleased with them and fully recommend them thanks S Etches

Not happy with these
I paid to have these installed by a professional. They are a visual deterrent, but could be very easily torn down if anyone wanted to. As they are not particulaRly sturdy or sharp. They are also incompatible with most glue, as they are polypropylene which doesn’t work with most glue. Even with a glue that sticks, they could be ripped off. I feel disappointed with this Purchase.

Great deterrent
They are extremely well made and serve as a great deterrent. Although they are made of hard plastic, the spikes are very sharp so you will need to use gloves when assembling. If you are looking to use the end pillars to elevate it from the fence/wall, you will need screws M6 x 3/4 to fix two 500mm strips together and they then fit nicely into the brackets which can be screwed into the fence. I used M6 x 1,1/2. When I installed them above my gate, I placed the brackets at each end and one in the middle so I had to cut the strips to size so that the bracket was in the middle and the two strips were of equal size, which looks better. The pack comes with warning stickers but they are quite small so I bought some that were larger and of aluminium. It would be wise to advise of the deterrent so potential thieves cannot sue you in case they hurt themselves whilst attempting to steal from you. They work just as well placed flat on the surface in which case they can be fitted flat and next to each other. I used a hacksaw to cut them to size which worked perfectly well. I would thoroughly recommend this product

No screws
Looks the part, I still have to install it but there are no screws to joint the parts together

Good product, the money it cost I was automatically expecting screws to be included, but weren't....
