The Restless Necronaut is the most reactive downhill board we made yet. This is the type of board where you ride right on top of the trucks. That longboard has a deep concave and a w-concave on the back foot. We also put in a micro-drop on each end to lock the feet. The truck holes are actually set in the drop, so that your feet are as close to possible to the truck, giving you maximum leverage. We added an underflush so as not to change the truck geometry. The wheel-wells are very deep, but as with any such topmounts, it's important to check for wheelbite before riding it. The artwork is what gave that board its name.

A solid nimble board for downhill/freeride. Nice concave, microdrops, and very little flex.
Two days in and I love this board. I wanted to try others downhill/freeride setups so I bought this board along with a set of 44deg Caliber II cast trucks. I'm comparing this to my other board, a Sector 9 DHD Bomber. The is nearly the same size as the bomber maybe a little bit narrower throughout. I find that it feels more nimble under my feet than the Bomber. Also if you slide you may need to adjust your toeside slide and pre-drift technique if you are like me and grab rail in front of the trucks. There really isn't much room to grab in the front, so you may need to grab behind the trucks. It will just take some adjustment but I don't think it takes away at all from this board. My Bomber uses W - concave, this one doesn't, but it has microdrops at the front and rear. This is my first time on a microdrop board and I'm loving it. I feel more comfortable or safer due to the microdrops, whether or not its real or mental I'm not sure. There is very little noticeable flex to the Restless board. This is to be expected with a 9 ply maple board. The Bomber may be slightly stiff, but it is also laminated with layers of fiberglass. Compared to my much more expensive Bomber, I have to say that I'm extremely impressed with the Restless Necronaut. For $30 you getting a hell of a deal and I have no doubt it is a capable board on the downhill with the right set of trucks and wheels. I'm not sure if wheelbite is going to be a problem yet with the 44 Cals. I'm running 1/4" risers. If I experience any wheelbite I'll post an update.

Great company
This is a very awesome board. Its great for downhill, freeride, and cruising as well. The micro drop and the w concave made this board very easy to control in a slide. For the price you are getting a very descent deck. I'll consider buying another board from this company for sure

Awesome concaved board. Great price .
Love the concave on this board, it's really comfortable ride. The adjustable wheelbase makes it feel like you're on a longer board. Converted to e-sk8. Great deck.
