IMPI Power 6V Lithium Battery

Have a wireless underground PetStop fence, and the battery in my dog's collar died. Instead of paying the outrageous cost for a battery from my local dealer, I decided to look around on Amazon. Based on the single review of this battery (probably by the manufacturer), I ordered it. The battery is longer than the actual Pet Stop battery by maybe 1/8". While this does actually fit in my dog's collar, the problem is that over time it will push out the other plastic end of the collar (opposite the metal screw down terminal). I know because I ran into this exact same problem about two years ago with a different battery. It was longer than the OEM one and worked but after a few weeks I noticed the side of the collar was mushrooming out, and the collar eventually stopped working altogether. I had to buy a new collar, and they are fairly expensive as you no doubt are aware if you already have one. I would not recommend this product and would suggest looking elsewhere.

I took a chance and ordered this battery to use in our bichon's in-ground pet fence. I usually order batteries from the local supplier, but Amazon is so much easier than having to mail in a form, or call and give my credit card number over the phone. This battery fit our pet receiver collar perfectly with no problems. I will definitely order this again in a couple of months when this one wears out. The price was comparable to our local supplier but much simpler to order. Shipping was fast and convenient!

This is an exact replacement for my dog's collar. It is used for a unit to keep the dog in the yard by giving him a shock if he goes to close to the wires that run underground. I paid $17.00 locally and when I saw it on your website I purchased 2 @ 10.49 each, and it is an exact fit.R. Teller, Connecticut

I'm SO happy I can buy these off of Amazon for my dogs' PetStop collars. Buying them from the local dealer is so frustrating and expensive. I purchased one to make sure it fit their collars and they work perfectly. So bought two more. Thank you!!

Only lasted a few months while others have lasted 6 or more.

So far so good on the batteries I have purchased. I hope they will still be available on the next round of batteries when I need to purchase more soon.

Need replacement batteries for my dog's collar. The hidden fence manufacturer sells these batteries for almost twice the price and they are hard to get. Amazon solved the problem with a great price and quick and easy shopping.
