It works like a charm
It works like a charm! I won't hide it's not completely painless but it's bearable. I used it on my upper lip, my forehead, and around my eyebrows. Tip: I noticed if my skin has been moisturized recently, the tool will not work as good.This Lily Facial Hair Remover is very sturdy and looks durable. I highly recommend it.

Don't waste your money!
It came with no instructions for use so I guessed at how it should be used. It did not work.

It does remove fine hairs but it is also painful
It does remove fine hairs but it is also painful. It doesn't work on leg hair so as the label says, it is truly a facial hair remover. This is not something I would ever purchase again. For that matter, I probably won't ever use it again.

Pretty good, could have been less expensive.
My wife tried it after having received this product for a review. She had tried similar product from a different brand which she uses regularly. Her choice of method for facial hair removal is threading and tweezers. So, this having the same mechanism makes it more likeable.Pros:-It works well on thin and fuzzy hair on lips, chin and cheeks.-It is easy to use and doesn't require any special skills.-It comes in a convenient packaging that can be reused to store the product.-It is not very painful if done right.-The metal part looks good and hopefully won't rust after exposure to moisture.-Easy to clean.Cons:-It is expensive. There are similar products at lesser price that do the job as efficiently as this one.-Does not work on thicker hair.-Loses its functionality a bit after a few uses.

This apparatus is absurd. Unless you have a full beard, it doesn't do a thing.

No more annoying hair
I really enjoy using this product. It works as its suppose to. I get my face and eyebrows threaded so I'm use to the pain but it still does hurt to use this product. I'll get use to it eventually. I use it around my sensitive spots so that's why it hurts. Also I wish there was a manual on how to properly use it. I had to go to YouTube to find a video that showed a similar product on how to properly use it.Disclaimer: I received this product complementary but my review is my own unbias opinion.
