Chinese garbage
Used it to remove all my springs and install new ones, halfway through installation on one head the threads were destroyed Expect metal shavings everywhere

Works as advertised
I have only done 8 of 16 valve springs so far, but have had ZERO issues. Changing from stock springs to BTR SK018 springs. If used as intended, I don't see how anyone would have any issues with this product. Price point is great, took is easy to use, and so far, it seems to be very durable, as nothing appears to have any wear at all after changing 8 valve springs.

Worked perfect
Ive seen allot about cheap hardware stripped out bolts ect. I think most of those people saying that didnt understand how to use it correctly. The main bolt that you tighten can only go so far. Just go till its tight if your valve retainers arent out enough for you to grab then just tap the top of the springs or push the valve in from below and theyll pop right out no problem. You dont have to go crazy tight theres no reason to strip the bolt. One other thing i reccomend isto hold that main bolt up and hand tighten it while aligning to the top of the springs to seat it then tighten down with a wrench itll line right up

This is a decent tool. I would use some engine oil on the threads to prevent them from wearing out. It will work well for replacing valve springs while the heads are still on.
