This is the sturdiest travel umbrella I’ve ever used and it’s small enough to carry in my work or gym bag (so I didn’t lose it.) After more than 2 years of regular use, the Velcro started to give out and a strong wind broke one of the spines. I contacted the seller and received a new one less than 2 days later. Really appreciate the great customer service on top of a solid product.

This is by far the coolest lil umbrella I've ever owned! And I've been buying, trying for a year. From the mailbox delivery to adjusting the carrier straps, it's everything I could ask for. Keeps my hands free as I walk the dogs, effortless carry, handy to pull out and pop up. It's study, not flimsy as spines won't collapse readily. Snappy takedown. Put back in the holster and continue my walk. Wahoo! Not too large, no Mary Poppins action on my windy street. Just everything considered

This umbrella is top notch! So easy to open and close. Very sturdy. The price seems a little high but I'm willing to pay for quality. It’s the best umbrella I’ve owned. And so many colors to choose from. You won’t be disappointed.

A good size, and seems to be very solidly constructed. Opened easily, but closing was more difficult. To close it correctly, you need to push down on top of umbrella while pushing button.

This umbrella is compact, sturdy, and great quality for the price. But what really stands out is the amazing customer service - they truly stand by their lifetime warranty. I bought this umbrella back in 2019 and the velcro strap was starting to fall apart where I couldn't close the umbrella completely. The customer service agent quickly sent me a replacement umbrella no questions asked. I truly appreciate a company that stands by their product and honors their lifetime warranty. Thank you!

Remarkable umbella ! The siver over the black gives incredible uv blockage. The starry nights pattern is so beautiful. It as well as other colors, are covered with a second layer of black fabric on top. So wind resistant that even Texas winds can't turn it inside out!!! I ordered 4!!!

Works great, dries quick, has good coverage, does it’s job and has a good design under the canopy.

Haven’t had the umbrella long, but I have some initial disappointments with it. The umbrella comes with a little umbrella sheath so you can stash it somewhere when wet. Unfortunately once you removed the umbrella it will never fit in again, let alone fit in remotely easily. There is no stretch or give (nor a rope synch - it’s just a very cheaply constructed plastic bag basically) The disappointing thing here is if they cheap out on something that would cost them probably pennies to make useful - and which come with much less expensive umbrellas - I don’t hold up much hope for the construction of the umbrella itself, it stands the reason they’ve started to penny pinch there as well. So far in use, the umbrella has held up to very white winds and it does keep my head dry! The opening close action is a little rough, certainly not as smooth as I would expect from a “premium umbrella”, but hey, it hasn’t fallen apart yet! I mean it’s been a week but… It’s something. The other concern I have is it’s incredibly unclear if an umbrella is actually covered by their warranty. There are several cases where people have purchased on Amazon and the company hasn’t honored the warranty because it was “the wrong seller”. Well, I understand that they need to not replace counterfeit umbrellas, I don’t feel like the burden of uncertainty should be put on customers. They ask us to register the umbrella warranty, but don’t ask for information to actually confirm that the warranty is valid when doing that - it’s just a gimmick to get our contact information for marketing purposes. I wish I had bought a butter umbrella, or just bought four $5 umbrellas.
